My 4th stay at Insula and the staff/owners are very friendly and helpful.
The staff carried my heavy suitcase upto the top floor where my room was situated without complaint
The bed is soft and the room has tea/coffee and a kettle

Excellent hotel in the centre of phi phi.
Clean large rooms, we had a room overlooking the street below and hardly heard any noise when sleeping.
As described. Perfect budget hotel in an expensive place.

The sink was clogged and staff came to fix it, but it didn’t get better. Staff was friendly and location was great but the room is not that clean.

Для 2-3 дневного проживания - не плохой вариант. Рядом 2 пляжа и пирсы для аренды лодок.
Близко к барам ради которых сюда едут.
Кондиционер новый, морозит отлично.
Немного старовато бельё и полотенца - но это не самое важное тут.
Уборка ежедневно.
Окна выходили на оживленную улицу, но это не проблема, зато с видом на горы. В номере только ночевали. Для этого этот отель подходит

Отель очень понравился, окна выходили на противоположную от дороги сторону, было очень тихо. Аостель очень удобная, кайф... Отель в центре острова, всё рядом, и пляжи, и пирс, и кафе с обменниками. Хозяева отеля очень приветливые. А ещё там живут три милых котика))
