Hôtel pas tout jeune, salle de bain très vétuste
Pour un prix haut par rapport à d'autres îles avec des produits bien mieux et haut de gamme
Phi phi n'est pas un coup de coeur
Par contre personnel très sympa
Attention prenez un taxi boat quand vous arrivez au ferry sinon 50 min de marche avec dénivelé

The best beach on the island, delicious breakfasts, a beautiful reef 50 meters from the hotel. There is a free boat to the pier upon check-in/check-out.

This is our 2nd time staying at the hotel. The best price-quality ratio. Good breakfasts. Literally 10-20m to the sea. The rooms on the 2nd floor have a wonderful view. The location on Long Beach is ideal in my opinion. There are sunbeds on the beach, shade, there is no pen with buoys, but there are no boats either. You can swim to Shark Point. And there are Nemo fish.

Great location. There were no jellyfish. Not crowded. There are a lot of fish near the shore. Salpides do not sting. The number matches the description. No elderly couple approached us. Sunbeds are free. The breakfasts are delicious. I would like to come back here. You can go to viewpoint on the mountain, there is a restaurant there.

The room is very old and the faucet cannot be turned off properly. The service staff are super friendly and the location of the hotel is unbeatable, very close to shark's point. There are many corals when you go out to the beach.

The hotel located on long beach - which is a beautiful beach and quiet
Once we arrived, the hotel played loud music which was just next to our room which was villa with front view of the beach - but you couldn't really have a sea view since all beach view rooms are in front of the pool with many kids playing and all other rooms are just in front of the other - the view is the wall - disappointing.
The room had bad smell and was very noisy - so we asked to move to other room - more at the back for privacy - but since all room have shared balcony with a pool which is not really a pool - more a hole with water (no pump to clean water) the hotel came to clean but it didn`t really helped. All rooms are called Villa - but its just a room.
The room is big - not new at all -bed was comfortable and was cleaned every day with a change in towels.
The toilets were very bad condition - old ,dirty, rust and mold.
The stuff were always nice and breakfast was nice
I do not think the hotel worth the cost - too expansive to what it is offerings - and non refundable so we couldn't do much.
Wouldn`t recommended it to anyone

It’s your average resort with an amazing location. Don’t expect highly maintained facilities or a soft bed at this resort. They are functional and adequate. The staff are friendly and they offer a wonderful breakfast. Two words - Banana Samosas. It’s really about the location and not much else to write about.
