The location is ok in the center 20 mins of walk to the veiw point
But I lived on the first floor and it’s a bit loud and the hotel is located nearby canalisation river, it’s a bit smelly nearbythe hotel

Pillows are so comfy amazing location only downside was there’s nobody carrying your stuff through town for you but for the sake of a 10 minute walk total to the pier I loved this hotel I will stay again when I’m back in phi phi

Tiny but clean to stay. My room was nearby reception and we heard every gossips and laughs of them. Only shower towels were provided and nothing else. Water fountain is placed near reception with tea, milo, cookies etc. staffs were not rude.

First of all , I love the hotel concept as heart , good location,free refill water whole stay. When I check in the staff inform me the hotel renovating from 8Am may disturb my stay but for me is okay to stay . But the room that I got is like the picture , while I open the room smell of mold ,well I understand renovating may be like this but , the twin beds show exactly different of the color , the bottle of handwashing shower gel or shampoo seem weird, the wall painting was pill . I wish and hope it will not happen like this with any of the customer who spent the money for the hotel .

Nice hotel and competitively priced . Bad sewage problem in the area , but that’s not really the fault of the hotel . Staff and cleaners where nice and helpful

Due to the tropical weather system bringing heavy rain and strong winds, we were unable to visit the phi phi area. We contacted the hotel to request a refund, but were informed that all sales are final—even though the weather is beyond our control. Unfortunately, we never received a response from the hotel staff.
