Phi Phi Villa Resort

The exterior of the room and the surroundings are quite nice, it's a beautiful little cabin with a配套 massage, restaurant, beach chairs, and a swimming pool. However, once inside the room, the environment is very poor. The sofa has stains, all the furniture is old wooden, and the bathroom is also very simple with a sewer smell. Also, it's not actually that close to the pier; it takes more than ten minutes to walk.

The views are amazing, the room is clean, and the staff are very friendly.

It's pretty quiet at night, but the trade-off is that it's a bit far from the pier, about a 15-minute walk. The overall hotel environment is decent, but the rooms are just so-so – livable. Breakfast wasn't good, and there aren't many shops nearby. The upside is the beach right outside, and the view is nice; you can relax on a lounge chair and watch the sunset. If you're going out on a boat, you can ask the captain to pick you up right there.

This isn't my first time on the island; I've stayed at various hotels on different sides, and this one is the worst. I wouldn't recommend it. Cons: 1. Location: The view on this side is beautiful, but the sea is dirty. You have to walk or swim to another part of the island. 2. All cafes near the island are alcohol-free. You have to go to the center for cafes that serve alcohol. 3. There's no clothes dryer at the hotel. I don't understand why. Be prepared to dry your underwear on railings or chairs. 4. The pool is dirty, and the water is murky. 5. Housekeeping won't come during the day unless you specifically ask for it. Pros: - The hotel grounds are beautiful.

I scoured through all the hotels on Koh Phi Phi before finally settling on this one. It was quite a journey – during the Chinese New Year, it showed no availability, and I even emailed the hotel to confirm they were fully booked. But then, one day, luck smiled upon me and a room suddenly appeared, which I immediately booked! The hotel isn't right by the pier, which is great as it avoids the noisy bars that go on till late, yet it's still close enough to the pier. It's a mere 10-minute walk for transport, going out for snorkeling, or diving. The hotel also offers its own half-day boat tours, with direct boarding from the beach right in front, which is super convenient and very reasonably priced. The environment is simply stunning – a tranquil and cozy tropical rainforest villa. The pool, breakfast restaurant, and beach are all beautiful. The staff are warm and friendly, and their attention to detail is evident everywhere. Looking at other reviews, besides one overly dramatic negative comment, all others are overwhelmingly positive. The only drawback was that the shower water was a bit cold. It's a shame I only stayed for two nights. You can get a more visual sense from the pictures.

I booked two rooms simultaneously, and my friend was very satisfied, saying I made an excellent choice! The hotel is also very photogenic, and breakfast was quite good! Here's a photo tip: take a picture of the pool from the breakfast window – it looks great!

Overall, it's pretty good, and the service is fine. However, the room is too small, and the bathroom is tiny. The sink faucet sprays water out when you turn it on, which is really annoying, and the water pressure is quite low.

Everything was fantastic! The facilities are amazing and it's close to the center of Phi Phi but in a quiet area. Everything was very clean and the staff were very attentive. I 100% recommend it.
