Chaokoh PhiPhi Lodge

This hotel is a good choice when staying at Koh Phi Phi. Although we were a bit unlucky with the room we got (door could not get locked and the bathroom was literally disgusting), we still had a very nice stay. I was doubting to give it 3 stars because of this dirty bathroom, but maybe we were just unlucky. The staff of this hotel is really great, they were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is one of the best we have had in Thailand so far, very extensive with warm and cold dishes. Also, having breakfast with a spectacular view like this makes every morning a good one. We enjoyed it a lot. The hotel also offers a nice swimming pool, which is needed in the heat of the day. Arconditioning works well in the rooms too. In short, the bathroom was disgusting, but all other parts of this hotel were great! Would recommend this hotel.

An unique quiet spot close to the center The rooms are very clean and beauty (air conditioning is good and silent), the service is good and kind. The pool is clean and big enough for all the guests in the hotel. One of the great things about this hotel is the spot. It is pretty close from the pier and the city center, where are all the good restaurants and bars, but at the same time it's located in a quiet place where you will not hear the noise from the parties. Negative points: most of the rooms have view to another rooms (around 5 meters of distance) that creates a feeling of 0 privacy. You will need to have your curtains closed all the time.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this place. The hotel is amazing, pool area stunning. The hotel is a 4/5 min walk from tonsai pier so when we arrived we walked up to the hotel with our suitcases without a problem. The whole village is very busy and has a lot of places to stay, we decided to give a go to this hotel even knowing he had only 3.5 on trip advisor (we usually only stay in places with 4 and above). I am glad we did. We stay from the 31st of dec for 4 nights and honestly I regret not having stayed a bit longer. The hotel is very close to everything in town really. we spent the NYE on dalum beach bars which was about a 10min walk through the village and there is a bar very very close to the hotel (literally 1min walk to the left when going out of the resort), Carlito's bar, which we absolutely loved and went there for 2 nights. They have live music and an amazing fire show on the beach from 9.30pm. If you want to go there go grab your table before 9pm. The breakfast the best but can't forget that we're in Asia and they obviously won't have majority of the staff we would like in breakfast. I would definitely stay again.
