Very comfortable hotel. Nice interior. Convenient location. Delicious breakfast (buffet). The room is equipped with everything you need (safe, air conditioning, balcony, swimming pool). Attention! Non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not allowed on the balcony or on the premises. The only downside is the unfriendly staff, spoiled by tourists. The staff at the counter doesn’t say hello, at breakfast the staff doesn’t care about you, but they do their job quickly and efficiently (the blockage was removed in a matter of minutes). Upon arrival, you are required to receive a welcome drink, which can be obtained from the pool bar. Arriving at the pool, the bartender checked the lists for a long time and, not finding it, ran to the lobby to clarify whether we were entitled to this free pineapple juice while we were waiting there. Only the front desk service is good. The service in the restaurant is simply terrible. The waiter feels listless and has no sense of service! The worst thing is that after staying for 5 nights, the breakfast every day was exactly the same, and there was no response when I reported it to the staff! If you have a choice, it is recommended to change to another hotel! After all, eating the same breakfast every day on vacation will ruin your mood for the day! At least I will never choose this hotel again!
