Otelin konumu güzel çarşıya yakın ancak olanaklar kötüydü. 2 kişi kalmamıza rağmen tek anahtar veriyorlar. Böyle bir sıcakta çok kötü birşey. Personeller genel olarak mutsuzdu. Sadece resepsiyonda 1 kadın var ismini hatırlamıyorum ama arkadaşımın yaralı ayağı için çok yardımcı oldu ve güleryüzlüydü. Temizlik olarak çok kötü bir otel. Her yeri pis ve bakımsızdı. Böyle fiyata aslında normal ama fiyat yukarıya alınıp hizmet daha iyi olabilir. Resepsiyonda klima yok sadece vantilatör ama işe yaramıyor. Sanırım bir daha konaklamam bana göre bir otel değil.

Everything is dirty, breakfast is terrible, dirty. The receptionist is not friendly, the water doesn't flow. The care was not impressive

Its on the other side of the island so you wont be troubled by loud music. Id say more of a family friendly area. But the room needs maintenance.

Do not book your vacation here it's worst, they cheated us by giving a ordinary room and ended up paying additional 3000 baht for a decent room..its worse but trip.com service was awesome they responded immediately and partially resolved the issue..I recommend trip.com but not this hotel

La ducha no tiene presión era agobiante el ducharte con chorro de agua, tuvimos que quejarnos en recepción porque se escucha todo lo de las demás habitaciónes , el huésped de al lado roncaba mucho no nos dejaba dormir, fue una muy mala experiencia nos quejamos en recepción no nos ayudaron.

Excepto algunos empleados el resto parecía que lo hacía con desgana. El buffet lo esperaba mejor, con más presencia, lo he visto pobretón con un poco más de productos cambiaría mucho la impresión. Como punto positivo dieron habitación antes de la hora oficial de check-in.
