The location of the hotel is good, close to the market, but the facilities were bad. Even though we are 2 people, they give us only one key. It's a very bad thing in such heat. The staff was generally unhappy. There was only one woman at the reception, I don't remember her name, but she was very helpful and friendly with my friend's injured foot. It is a very bad hotel in terms of cleanliness. Everywhere was dirty and neglected. This price is actually normal, but the price can be increased and the service can be better. There is no air conditioning at the reception, only a fan, but it doesn't work. I think it's not a hotel for me to stay in again.

Its on the other side of the island so you wont be troubled by loud music. Id say more of a family friendly area. But the room needs maintenance.

Do not book your vacation here it's worst, they cheated us by giving a ordinary room and ended up paying additional 3000 baht for a decent room..its worse but trip.com service was awesome they responded immediately and partially resolved the issue..I recommend trip.com but not this hotel

The shower has no pressure, it was overwhelming to shower with a jet of water, we had to complain at reception because you can hear everything from the other rooms, the guest next door was snoring a lot, not letting us sleep, it was a very bad experience, we complained at reception They didn't help us.

We were in an economy room on the 1st floor of an additional side building. Number 3, because The walls are not painted or plastered, the room is very dark. The bed linen is white. The bed is wide and not hard. There is no kettle or tea/coffee set in the room. The front door is very thin and there is no sound insulation. The hotel itself has two swimming pools and a small cozy area. Pleasant reception. There is a mosque nearby, but it did not interfere. We won’t go to Economy for the second time.
