The property is beautiful and worth staying at. Just enjoy your time there; I miss their horse, "TAN," who is probably the only horse on the entire island. Clean swimming and a great place to stay.

It was cheap, but
-bathroom not deluxe, don’t want to take a shower there
- so noisy. You hear every step from your neighbors
- many mosquitoes
- a bit out of town, for me no problem
I paid 24€ for the deluxe room, A/C was working good, all in all for a short stay of one or two nights ok

Located a bit further from the main streets of Phi Phi Don, which is great because it's quiet and no one is roaming around under your windows all night. It's very easy to find, and it's about a 12-minute walk to the pier.

This hotel is only good for one night; don't stay longer. Everything is falling apart: the air conditioning barely works, the door constantly breaks, the wardrobe looks like it's made of cardboard, everything is worn out, and we couldn't even turn on the TV.

This hotel is generally okay, offering good value for money considering what's available in Phi Phi. However, it's clear it's seen better days and is now in decline, with many dirty or abandoned areas. There was even an abandoned boxing ring, suggesting they used to host fights. The best part is definitely the pool; you can tell they put more effort into maintaining that. There's a pony and several cats around the hotel, which makes the stay more friendly, but the staff are rarely seen. In fact, some guests made a lot of noise having parties in their rooms, and while the hotel isn't to blame for the guests' behavior, they didn't say anything to them.
The location is decent, away from all the hustle and bustle of Phi Phi, though perhaps a bit far from the pier, about a 15-20 minute walk. This can be a bit inconvenient if you're loaded down with luggage.
