The hotel is quiet and relaxing, just like the name says. I liked it so much when I arrived that I extended my stay. It is a great place to swim and rest. The place is full of animals. The forest is right behind the hotel, so there is a lot of wildlife. When you walk in the dark, turn on your phone flashlight and watch where you step. I almost stepped on a scorpion on the path. I also saw big lizards and snakes while walking around. Be careful! The restaurant menu is wide but a bit expensive. If you stay for a long time, eating from the same menu every day gets boring. Cleaning is done every day and the sheets are changed, which is good. Because this is a resort, you need to get everything from the resort, even from the market. But card payments have an extra 3% fee, so bring cash. When I came from Ton Sai pier, there was no charge for the long tail boat. But when I checked out, they added it to my restaurant bill. The room booklet also said that check-in and check-out boat use is free. Charging for the transport to reach the hotel does not make sense. I did not want to argue, so I paid. On my last day, the wifi stopped working and there was no internet all day (still not working on the day I checked out). My mobile line only had one bar, and in my room I had no signal at all. I could not even open WhatsApp. It was hard to work, and I had to sit in the restaurant for a long time because that was the only place with mobile data. Luckily it was my last day. After 10 or 11 PM, nobody is around. Everyone sleeps and the staff are gone. The drink fridge also gets locked. For a place like this, that makes no sense. People may want a drink at night, but the fridge is locked. There are a lot of mosquitoes, so bring mosquito repellent. The rooms are wooden and old. There was no fridge in the room, which is a big minus. Before and during checkout, I asked about the dollar exchange service. They have it, but two different staff members gave me two different rates, and the difference was big. Even with the extra 3% card fee, paying by card was the better deal. So bring cash, but be careful if you plan to exchange money here.

Phi Phi Relax truly lives up to its name. A beautiful, cozy and peaceful place away from the busy center of Phi Phi. Stunning views, wonderful bungalows, and an atmosphere that makes you completely relax and enjoy every moment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet tropical escape.

Very nice tropical bungalow, friendly staffs, great beaches, good breakfast, acceptable prices, the only thing is no air conditioners in the room, but depends on the power system in the Phi Phi, that’s not a problem
