Excellent! A nice little hotel with a beautiful and clean beach. The breakfasts were quite varied, and there's a shuttle service to and from the rooms.

Phi Phi Island is stunning, beyond words. The hotel boasts a beautiful view. However, I was extremely dissatisfied with the front desk staff's attitude! There was this one skinny Thai girl who had a terrible demeanor. On top of that, one of our rooms experienced power outages repeatedly, 3-4 times. She refused to move us to another room until it had happened 7 or 8 times, and only then did she agree to switch rooms after our strong insistence. And that night, there was a huge downpour; I can't imagine what we would have done if the power had gone out again. Whenever we asked her for bath towels or had any other questions, her attitude was consistently poor! She clearly had a sour face the whole time! On the other hand, the restaurant staff was excellent and very friendly. They even told us where we could go snorkeling, so welcoming! The overall cost was moderate; we had lunch and dinner at the hotel and tried most of the dishes. I wouldn't recommend the burger, but everything else was good! The front desk staff truly made our experience very unpleasant. Additionally, the bedsheets in the room were quite dirty, which made me feel even worse. Thankfully, Phi Phi Island is beautiful; otherwise, I would have truly regretted staying at this hotel. I hope they improve the attitude of their front desk staff! And they should promptly help guests solve problems! And stop with the sour faces! If it weren't for the great restaurant staff, I would honestly give this hotel's front desk service zero stars.

My wife and I booked Phi Phi the beach resort for four days but wished we had booked it for much longer it was the perfect vacation spot we didn’t want to leave, we tried to extend our stay but unfortunately they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate us, everything was perfect, the view from our cabin was amazing, breakfast was great and dinner was delicious , the beach was lovely and the ocean was crystal clear, the reception was very pleasant and helpful and the waiters and waitresses were friendly and courteous. We highly recommend this resort and differently will be visiting again, thanks for an amazing experience Phi Phi the beach resort.

Great views, but the facilities are just okay. Service is average, and cleanliness could be better.

The location is very easy access. The staff will wait for you at Tonsai pier and access by the long tails boat to the resort. The room is cleaned. Food is delicious and wait no long. The staffs are very nice and kind. Especially, Mr.Sakai, he is very good taking care of us and we saw him very well organized his team. We are happy with the breakfast and all environment at the resort. Recommend to stay here and we will go back to stay here again during our vacation for sure!

Great natural location away from town, really beautiful cabins on the hill, excellent beach and snorkelling at the resort, staff are excellent. We were picked up from and dropped off to the main ferry terminal with very little wait. Food In the restaurant was good and very reasonably priced except bananas (LOL), overall a beautiful location.

The hotel opens right onto a beautiful beach, and the resort itself has a great natural environment; we even saw groups of monkeys occasionally. The staff we interacted with were also very helpful and responsive to all our needs.

Waking up to the sea and enjoying the peaceful surroundings is definitely the highlight of staying here. However, there are several aspects that take away from what could have been a much better experience. • The staff is noticeably unfriendly, which feels unusual for Thailand. The atmosphere lacks the warmth and hospitality the country is known for, possibly because most of the team is not Thai. • Cleanliness could be significantly improved. The restaurant area, parts of the resort, and even the beach did not feel as well maintained as they should be. • The beach directly in front of the hotel tends to get crowded, with many sunbeds occupied by towels for hours without being used. • The food is average overall, and the breakfast in particular is quite bland and uninspiring. That said, the sea itself is beautiful and almost makes up for the shortcomings (swimming surrounded by fishes is amazing). It’s worth staying for a couple of days to enjoy the view and the water. You can also head to the nearby, more secluded stretch of Loh Moo Dee for a quieter and more pleasant beach experience.

Very nice little resort, loved how clean it was and the location was beautiful. The beach was very nice, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Exceeded expectations for a 3* hotel for sure and would come back again.

The room was quite old and looked a bit spooky. However, the view was absolutely stunning; four out of five stars for the balcony view, and four stars for the service from the Chinese-speaking gentleman at the restaurant and the staff who arranged the boats (because the front desk lady doesn't deserve full marks). The front desk lady was very unfriendly. I had initially booked a room, but then my parents decided to join the trip. Since the hotel was fully booked, I had to book a room at the hotel next door. Also, the hotel next door didn't charge extra for children, so my child stayed with my parents there. When the front desk lady found out, she very sternly told me that if a third person was found in our room, we would be fined double, to which I replied 'okay'. Later, when my husband arrived, she sternly reiterated the same warning to him and insisted on charging for my father's boat transfer (the boat from the neighboring hotel left earlier, so I took their boat first to check in for both hotels, while my husband and father took this hotel's boat). However, there was a Chinese-speaking gentleman in the restaurant whose attitude was excellent, and I'm very grateful for his help (we went snorkeling and got swept away by the current; this gentleman and the staff who arranged the boats were very friendly, promptly arranged for rescue, and comforted my father. Many thanks to them).

concerned for solo and couple travellers - I ordered room service, when the staff arrived at my hotel door - I came to open the door late and he tried to open the door by himself. After I opened the door for him, he came closer a little bit and tried to look inside the room which has no reason to do something like that at all and it made me concerned about safety all my trip here. Plus, this hotel is on the island if something happens you can't run or go anywhere - this only way to leave this island is by hotel boats or taxi boats. Plus 2 the hotel door is open by pushing not pulling which means you can not use the safety tools that you bring to lock the door. please find the another to lock this type of door. I also read the reviews in Google maps and trips - it shows the guest has been stolen many cases.

Of the three beach hotels I've stayed at in Phuket, this is the only one that charges for life jacket rentals – 1000 THB, whereas others provide them for free. The sea here is also incredibly murky, a stark contrast to the crystal-clear waters of Phi Phi Leh. I came specifically for snorkeling, but it was no fun at all. I definitely won't be coming back.
