The room looks bigger than photo, overall the room looks clean but sheets and towels have always some kind of stain on them. I have told the staff the change sheets but the new one also got stain on.

The vibe, the views, the staffs are all great. We really enjoyed our time there.

Great stay! Recommended by its location, which is far from nightlife noise/music and yet close to cozy pubs. It is also close to the beach. The room was spacious. Breakfast is not a strength in this place but staff is attentive and friendly.

Nice place, close to everything. Unfortunately cleanliness leaves a bit to be desired, although staff are friendly.

When use toilet gun smelled of poo and pee. Nice rooms, good location. Strict check in of 2pm didn’t want to offer earlier and 11am check out was unusual

This is a very nice hotel,the staff is very friendly,turn right from the pier,it is a five minute walk. The hotel is very clean and new,check in at 2pm,but you can store your luggage at the hotel first.check out at 11am,if you leave on a 3:30pm boat ,you can still store your luggage at the hotel after you check out.

4 star prices but 2 star experience. The hotel needs major renovation to fix broken furniture, toilet drainage, and lack of amenities.

location is great, near the pier and on the main road, but far from any noise. The hotel is clean, the room is clean but lack a bit of light on the ground floor. overall the hotel is nice but... because there is a big BUT.. most of the area smell really bad due to sewage of the island. The room wasn't smelling great but it was "passable". However the garden and the swimming pool was not usable, i was holding breath to join my room through the garden.

Honestly can't recommend this place enough. The location is absolutely perfect and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Staff were responsive and attempted to fix issues promptly. The room is spacious and clean for the most part. Check-in and Check-out was fast. Cons: Rooms have a lot of natural light, you will wake up at 6 a.m. Hot tubs on the upper floors were not entirely functional, a significant downside for a deluxe villa. Had to switch rooms due to a broken hot tub in the first room. The second room had a faulty bathroom door, leading to my girlfriend getting locked in. Briefly experienced sewage smell during heavy rain, although it dissipated afterward. Final Thoughts: While the personnel were accommodating and the rooms generally comfortable, the technical issues we encountered took away from the overall experience. We had expected more, especially from a deluxe villa. Overall, our stay was decent but left room for improvement.

Great Place to spend 2/3 days at Phi Phi.

As expected the standard of amenities and furnishings is quits good. Is a gym as advertised but small. Pool pretty good with a bar attendant present. Ideally situated just a few hundred metres from Donsai pier. Was greeted by Hotel porter holding a sign upon disembarking from ferry, who made light work of my luggage. Obviously many bars, eateries close by. Made a selection from the in room dining menu- rather expensive for what it was but quite decent just the same. One annoying aspect was the air-conditioning, which was not all that effective in cooling the room to the degree I felt satisfied with. The hotel/resort is an ok option for a two or three night stay. Have stayed at other hotels on Phi Phi that were $20 a night less (no pool, gym, porter etc) but whose room climate system did a better job.

The hotel has new rooms and old ones. Old rooms need renovation. New rooms of excellent quality. Cleaning on request. The hotel only has salt water, no fresh water from the tap. The pool is small but clean. Good location, but the swimming beaches are a bit further from the hotel. Overall satisfied, but could be better

Nice resort with good pool and good location. Room service was responsive and rooms are clean.
