The staff were friendly and helpful. Particularly with taking luggage to and from the pier. Location is great, close to pier but quiet. Room was spacious and clean, we liked the tradional style furnishings. Swimming pool was great. Its was good value for money considering its on the Phi Phi.Islands. 10/10 for lovely staff.

The Phi Phi Banyan Villa Hotel is in a great location. It’s right next to the beach, and you can easily get to shops and restaurants. The room we stayed in was comfortable and looked out onto a well-kept garden. The staff working at the front desk were really nice and welcoming. The swimming pool isn’t big, but it’s clean. The breakfast was just okay and could have had more variety. They didn’t have a coffee machine. Overall, we had a nice time at the hotel. It’s a good place to relax and enjoy your holiday

O hotel é antigo e sem dúvida precisa de manutenção. Ficamos em um quarto que foi reformado e ainda assim precisa de melhorias, mas é melhor do que os quartos antigos. A cama e os travesseiros nos agradaram. A limpeza e, principalme te o café da manhã deixaram a desejar. Pagamos pelo café da manhã, mas preferimos comprar fora, pois a ilha tem boas opções. O atendimento precisa ser aprimorado. A recepção não é atenciosa. Entretanto, a localização do hotel é maravilhosa! Apesar de estar bem no centro da ilha é bem silencioso e dormimos muito bem. O hotel tem uma aérea de jardim e piscina muito agradáveis, bem como uma academia muito boa! O quarto não tinha cheiro de mofo!!! Foi uma boa estadia!

Hôtel très bien situé, accueil et service de qualité même si la communication en anglais est parfois difficile. Piscine et extérieur bien entretenus, petit déjeuner buffet varié et de qualité. Seul Bémol : le bâtiments des chambres 300 donne sur une ruelle avec deux auberges de jeunesse à l arrière, du bruit parfois jusqu'a 3h du matin. Il vaut donc mieux eviter si vous voulez dormir plus tôt.
