I stayed for over a week and had a very good experience! The rooms are small, but the service is very good (there was always somebody at the front desk to help), and the hotel seems clean. Excellent water pressure and hot water availability, and there are microwaves and mini-fridges in the rooms. The gym has a full set of dumbbells up to 50 lbs as well as a bench and some treadmills. Breakfast is the same every day, but it's better than most hotel breakfasts for sure. Location is also really good - easily walkable to many restaurants and sites, and right across from the Academy of Music and Kimmel Center. I would definitely stay here again.

Its cute for a boutique hotel. This is our third or fourth time here. Staff is pleasant but they look like they are a little tired. Restaurant and bar are nice, but drafty during the winter.

We stayed here while visiting our granddaughter who attends the University of the Arts. It's in a great location and also provides a good breakfast. Within walking distance to all that historical Philly has to offer as well as the downtown area. We had a great time and got to see all the historical sights we wanted to see.

The staff and front desk are amazing; front desk are attentive, relaxed, helpful and kind. No stress environment. Reataurant is five stars. Great service all around. Beautiful space.
