The room is of medium size and has a good view from the upper floors. It is mainly located in a university town. It is convenient, safe and easy to walk. There are several restaurants near the hotel that are quite cost-effective, and there is also a good Cantonese restaurant nearby.

The newest hotel in the University City, with new facilities but small rooms, and good service (we sent a refrigerator in, although we didn't bring it with us, but it was delivered quickly when we asked for it). There is streetparking nearby which is very convenient. In the middle of upenn campus.

Pros: Service is excellent…close proximity to campus and places to eat. Very clean and neat. The water gets nice and hot
Cons: Rooms are college dormish so don’t expect refrigerators or microwave or coffee machine… electrical outlets are also at a minimum and randomly placed.

This was our second stay at The Study, both to visit Drexel which is across the street. Both times, we experienced exceptional customer service namely at the front desk. The rooms are lovely and so comfortable. Hoping to make this our “go to hotel” if daughter enrolls.

A short but lovely stay! Beautiful hotel and the room was perfect. The staff was professional, friendly, attentive and smiling. And alert, which is not part for the course anymore. Good people.
