The dining area and lounge was extremely comfortable and inviting for long, lengthy conversation among guests. The entrance/lobby was not .

The staff primarily takes the cake! In the face of a very sensitive situation they came through shining like diamonds. Thank you Residence Inn from the bottom of my heart ❤️

We had a reservation here from April 18-21, 2024. We were unable to make the trip so we canceled about 2 weeks prior to this reservation. According to the reservation email we needed to cancel 72 hours prior, yet we were still charged $254 for a canceled reservation. After getting the run-around on social media I called the front desk and they said that we canceled on April 20th?? Makes no sense. We never got our money refunded. So don't trust this hotel with your money. We will never stay at a Marriott again.

We stayed here for five nights as we went to Wrestlemania. The hotel was in the perfect location for everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a wonderful view. However, when we opened up the sofa bed for our son, the mattress was very very soiled. We called reception and they immediately gave us a brand new mattress. Our only negative comment is that we thought the breakfast was very limited as they had the same eggs and sausage combo every day and that was the only choice. Also over the weekend it was plastic knives and forks, which doesn’t feel right for a hotel at this quality However, the quality of the food was delicious and the service was brilliant we would absolutely stay here again and even with these couple of comments, it’s still a five out of five

Pretty small room but with all the things you need. Comfortable beds and nice staff. breakfast definitely worth paying for with both healthier and sweeter options. Extremely well located no matter what your plans are in Philly. Recommended.
