The entire floor including the bathroom was extremely dirty. It was obvious they didn't vacuum the floor. Most of the dirt was visible. I stepped on some nuts in the carpeted area. There was hair on the bedding. There was no hair dryer in the room, even though it was stated on the list of amenities. We asked the front desk/cleaning staff, but they said they weren't able to locate any. Hair conditioner in the pump in the shower was nearly empty. Cleaning cart was in the hallway all the time (day and night). We heard some loud noise like vaccum or polishing the floor from the hallway after 11 pm, which lasted about a half an hour. Breakfast supposed to begin at 6 am but they didn't even start to get items ready until 6:25 am. There was no variety of food/drinks (no fruits and the only tea they had was Lipton black tea). Tesla EV charger was inoperable. We were very disappointed with this hotel.

Several families from our volleyball team stayed there during their Philadelphia Volleyball Tournament a week ago. All the families we talked to experienced similar issues related to the cleanliness of their rooms. Upon entering our room, we could tell that the room was not cleaned appropriately. We had hair in our tub, the shower curtain was torn, the drain in the tub was rusty and dirty, the bathroom floor had smears of mud on the floor, the toilet ran constantly, the phone didn't work so no way of calling the front desk to report the condition of our room. The comforter on the one bed was torn in a couple of places. There was also what appeared to be a blood smear on the sliding door to the bathroom. I will give credit in that when I checked out and mentioned the issues my family experienced the manager removed one night off our bill which we appreciated. We will never stay there again and will be asking the VB association to remove this hotel from our list of choices for future tournaments. I regularly stay over 60 nights a year at Hilton properties and this by far was the worst experience I've had staying at a Hampton Inn. If you decide to book this hotel location, be sure to inspect your room to make sure it meets your cleanliness standards.

This hotel really needs updating. The carpets are stained and worn and the television in my room did not work (probably the remote needed batteries). One of the hand towels in my bathroom had a lipstick stain. The staff is very friendly and helpful and had that not been the case I would have rated the hotel with only one star

The staff are so nice and committed to your comfort. Hilton, however, needs to renovate. The heat in our room broke down and the beds were stiff. The food wasn’t good either. The airport shuttle was very convenient.

I know airport hotels are not meant for luxury, but my experience at this Hampton Inn from 4/4-4/9 in 2024 was not great. The staff was friendly and that is the only high point. We stayed in Rm 606, as we approached the room, there was a large trash can under a light fixture that was just handing out of a hole in the ceiling. We made the reservations for 4 adults, 4 adults checked in and 4 adults stayed each night. The room had 4 towels, 4 hand towels and 2 wash cloths, when we asked for additional wash cloths, they asked us to come downstairs. It was late, not an uncommon request, but when we got downstairs, they gave us additional hand towels and told us to just cut them up because all their wash cloths were being sanitized, which was good, because when I made it back to the room, one of the wash cloths had a hair stuck in the threads. At no point during our stay did we ever receive enough towels and/or wash cloths for the 4 of us. The first night was the only night we even had enough towels. The mattresses sunk to the base when you laid on them and the pillows were well worn out even for hotel pillows. The tubs were really small and oddly sloped for lack of a better term. Once you started using soap, it became really slick and hard to stand without holding on to walls. I could see this being especially bad for seniors. The toilet was very shallow, if you are a male, your "bits" will touch the inside of the bowl/water when you have to sit. I've stayed at many Hampton Inn properties over the years and usually seek them out when I travel, this one has made me second guess this decision going forward (unless I have already stayed at the property). The only positives I can note is that it felt safe and the staff was friendly, other than those 2 things, nothing about this hotel was comfortable.

Made a reservation in August of 2023 for a room with 2 queen beds..we were notified a couple of hours before check in that they only had a room with 1 queen sized bed..we were not happy at all but we needed a room. we got to the hotel & were told they didn't have a room key..that we had to go get a security guard if we left & wanted back in our room..It put a unnecessary damper on our weekend trip to see Wrestlemania
