The hotel is located in the city center, with a good location. You can see the City Hall building when you go out, and the concert hall is opposite. I didn't dare to go out at night, so I just sat in the lobby and watched the hustle and bustle of people. Good service, terrific location, and reasonable breakfast. Love here! I will revisit here next time. However, I chose this hotel for swimming pool, and the pool was too small and shallow, and water was cold. I guess it was only for kids.

Excellent stay at the Double Tree Hotel. Just stayed for one night and paid a little more to have a room on the 23rd floor. Had a beautiful view of City Hall. Parking was self park and $38 in the garage next door. However a nice perk is you get parking privileges until 11:59pm on the day of check out. So if you have a few more hours to explore Philly you can just leave your car in the garage. Room was very clean, bright and the staff were friendly. King size bed was comfortable. Overall very satisfied

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member I was not welcomed because I booked my stay from Trip.com. The front desk staff was not courteous at all. The body wash was empty in my room.
