The hotel is not a fancy new hotel, but it is clean. The location is in the city center, close to Chinatown, and very convenient for eating. The front desk staff of the hotel are really bad. A black fat guy and a black fat girl are very rude and feel bad.
The cleaning staff and doorman are very nice.
The location is good, but the sanitation environment is so-so

I wanted to hang out in Philly, and not drive back home afterwards. We reserve a stay at this location because it is a nice shopping area. The Reading Terminal Market is around the corner. We also were going to a Mother's Day Brunch at the Live ****** less than 20 min away. The hotel is clean and spacious the staff is very informative. The names I remember were Khuru, Alex and one person whose name I don't know. I bought my requested linen very quickly.
