This hotel is so cheap, that they can’t provide even a bottle of water.

I had a great experience I came during Super Bowl Weekend. Nice weather nice service amazing sunrise and sunsets. Was able to get great food surrounding the hotel area and everyone at the hotel is so friendly and always give amazing customer service. I will return. I love the pool and gym.

Honestly not a pleasant experience. The AC would not turn on and the room was 76 degrees which was too hot for me to unpack or sleep. P from facilities had to come twice to get it to turn on which thankfully it finally did about 6pm. That was ok as they fixed it right away. But there were several small things on top of this that made it clear this was a second-rate Hilton. There were no cups to make coffee or tea in the room, no body gel in the shower as promised, and there was no menu for the restaurant and no QR code to scan as they told me there should be so I had to walk down and get a menu. There was a burned iron spot in the rug that I asked Patrick to photograph so the hotel would not think we did it. So not the best stay at a Hilton overall and definitely not a $350 room value. But the bell man and valet crew were great considering how busy they were. Check in person was also good.

No hot water, took 3x complaining to get it fixed. Heard from others that they had water issues too. Room is not up to Hilton standards, even below comfort inn etc. Phone was damaged so only speaker worked, stains on furniture. Lobby looks new but rooms are old. I won’t be staying here again.
