There is the daily fee charged additionally for parking, which was kind of annoying. The reception's night staff were neither courteous nor helpful; a lot of room for improvement there.

The location of the hotel is very good, suitable for tourism, the room layout is also good, and the space is relatively large. The standard check-in time is 4:00 pm, and the plane arrives at 7:30 in the morning. It is difficult to wait until 2:30 pm for a room. There is another problem. It has been more than a week since I checked out, and the deposit at the time of check-in has not been refunded. Other American hotels are refunded within 1-2 days of departure.

Very disappointed, I stayed one night in a petite corner room prior to my event and my company has reserved 3 other nights at the same hotel.
I wanted to move to the room that my company reserved but they cancelled my company's reservation and kept me in the small room. They lied to me saying that all rooms that the company reserved were petite rooms and when I checked with the company and others staying in the same hotel, their rooms were much bigger and better than mine.
I don't appreciate the lies, and how they were not accommodating at all.

Was celebrating my brother's birthday. Fran in reservations took note of the special occasion, so a card and a banner were placed in room prior to us checking in. It's the little things that count and it put a smile on my bro's birthday. Well appointed room. Bed was very comfortable, shower pressure was nice. Front desk who checked us in was just going through the motions, doesn't know how the metro works and has a dirty jacket. F&B /IRD isn't fully restored but we're still in post COVID world so not unexpected.
This is a 3/3.5 star hotel, and assuming i am grading within that scale, i would give it a 4 overall.

Trip.com made a last-minute booking easy and painless. Trip.com provided us with countless hotel options, all at affordable prices. Through Trip.com, we were able to book a room at Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse hotel at a great price. The location was supreme, and staff was friendly. Trip.com maintained communication with us via email and text to ensure all was going well and we were not experiencing any issues. This was a very positive experience, and we will definitely use Trip.com in the future.

Hotel was is good condition. Few cracking paint in the room ceiling. Location was great ! Hotel Staff was kind, valet had attitude.

The location is awesome. Easy to get to and from the major attraction in the city. i was there for the Penn Relays and it was a great, easy scenic 1.5 mile walk to and from each day. Got my exercise while seeing the city from on foot. Best of all on my walks this was how i decided where I would eat breakfast and dinner. So I was able to try something different each day. i was a little tempted to try Ruth Chris but I did not :(. The train ride to and from the airport was quick, easy directions to follow and though not the most scenic ride on the train, seeing the steel and stuff looks industrial America. I likes!!
I did try one of the take out Chinese food spots ..oh man.. that was colorful to say the least...Bring Your Own Bag!! What an experience that was.. I guess its a city thing. The room was nice. I got real comfy real fast. The bed was super comfy and the view reminded me of my college days in NY. Just watching cars go by and at night with the lights reflecting off the windows creating various patterns.
My only challenge was the TV... can you believe after all that good stuff my issue was the TV!? Just the hardest thing to navigate. maybe its cause I dont watch enough TV. :).
