We love staying here when we visit for annual appoin**ents at CHOP. The staff, amenities, and rooms are top notch, and the location can’t be beat. We won’t stay anywhere else in Philly.

Overall, our stay at ROOST East Market was very confortable and conveniently located to visit the main attractions in the downtown Philadelphia area. Room was very quiet and the staff was really friendly and accommodating.

I would give 10 stars! Wonderful staff! Toya is the kindest and she truly love helping people! All the front desk people were wonderful as well! We will definitely come back and stay longer than a weekend! Thank you for making our experience unforgettable!

Overall pleasant experience! Was hard to find the building, a bit hidden and unclear signage. More of an apar**ent building than hotel. I can see how this would be great for longer stays with the full kitchen etc. But there’s no basics like oil or salt and pepper or cream etc in the room. I had a hard time getting the oven and coffee grinder to work but the staff was very helpful and kind in assisting me. I was disappointed the bathtub was not a standalone clawfoot tub as advertised. That’s one of the main reasons I booked. I also don’t think the mattress was a tempur pedic as I have one at home… but the bed was still comfy and I slept well. I liked the separation of living room and bed room.

I stayed a week here for work purposes and loved my room. It was a quieter room facing the back street and pool. It was also a corner room with expansive windows on both sides of the room. Fantastic to have heaps of natural lighting. Kitchen was well equipped, living room was tastefully furnished and bed and pillows were comfy to sleep on. I made use of the kitchen, washer and dryer in the apar**ent. Overall clean and very comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is excellent and within walking distance to a lot of places. Would highly recommend!
