Our experience at The Franklin on Rittenhouse was absolutely amazing.
We were greeted by John and another sweet woman at the front desk, and they were so kind and helpful.
We stayed in “The Monarch” room on the first floor. It is a very comfortable and romantic room. It was also extremely clean and updated! I loved the rainfall style shower as well.
While booking the room, I mentioned that we were celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday, and the hotel we so kind to write her a card and left chocolates on the bed.
It was such a thoughtful gesture.
I cannot speak highly enough of our experience here. I highly recommend booking your stay here if you are looking for an amazing boutique hotel experience.

The most ‘boutique’ thing about the hotel is its red door! The tiny lobby has two uncomfortable leather benches. The rooms are small. The breakfast area feels cold. The ‘continental breakfast’ is plain- it even became ‘more plain’ on the second day of our stay.
So, the property needs tlc to be ‘boutique’.

I had an amazing time during my stay. The location was perfect for walking to rittenhouse square and the restaurants nearby. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast was a plus. Definitely would like to come back.

Staff is incredibly friendly and tremendously helpful. The room I had was beautiful and very clean. I would definitely stay here again should I ever be in Philadelphia again. My only gripe was the shower pressure wasnt where Id like for it to be, but thats a minor issue.
