設施：這是一棟歷史悠久的老建築，在國家獨立歷史公園區域，因為是幾百年的房子了，所以設施有特色但是古老
衞生：衞生狀況沒有任何問題，非常乾淨整潔
環境：環境非常有特色，美國早期建築風格和裝修非常温馨的感受歷史的沉澱感
服務：酒店房間不多，所以服務非常個性化，如同家人

Jim greeted us upon our arrival @7pm we were so tired from our 7hr flight from Dublin. He was full of help & inspiration for places to see & goto which was great until we really needed our bed (as 2am to our body clocks). 😴 The bed was good, firm & room nice. Shower not height adjustable which for my 6'4" husband was fine but for me 5'4" was a challenge as it sprayed the top of my neck or face!! Shame their restaurant shuts on a Monday night, they are missing a trick there. But we found Talulas Garden, restaurant 2mins around the corner which was exceptional & can highly recommend. Their Continental breakfast is sufficient, coffee good strength. As advertised old historic house. Beware no lift for suitcases fine for us but if someone older might be an issue if no help to hand.

The hosts were more than welcoming. They were shore to offer us a room sooner than expected. They were kind to offer food or drink knowing we came from the hospital. They just went above and beyond to make our stay so very special.

Quaint, quiet and comfortable. This property is also highlighted by the staff and service. Ask to speak with Jim, Jerry or Bob or any staff member I didn't get the pleasure of meeting directly. Anything you need regarding the property, eateries and attractions are their forte. Have a lovely stay!!

I stay there every time I have business in Philadelphia. The staff is friendly and helpful, parking is just across the street, and it has so much more charm than a standard hotel. (I left something in my room once and they mailed it back to me -- very nice!)

Jim was very welcoming when we came in the door. Gave us a history of the hotel and a tour which was fantastic. If we need to come back to this area, we will stay here again.
