5 star hotel and it lives up to that! Service and room were top notch! Bed was so good I didn’t want to go to work! My only complaint is that the locker rooms close when the pool closes. and that makes it tough to workout shower and dress. I don’t like walking around smelly and sweaty. We will definitely be back!

We visited the Four Seasons Philly because we attended the Rolling Stones Concert. Our stay was OUTSTANDING......from teh food, drinks, ambiance and staff. Everything was A +++++

Trascorse 3 notti in una camera vista Logan Square. Spaziosa, silenziosa e luminosa. Qualche segno di usura di troppo sulla struttura del letto e sui muri di corridoi. Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato dei problemi con housekeeping che abbiamo dovuto richiamare più volte: una volta mancava l'acqua per la macchina del caffè, poi i cucchiaini/palette, infine le tazzine / bicchierini. E una sera abbiamo trovato la porta lasciata aperta dopo il servizio serale: abbiamo contattato la struttura e si sono subito attivati per risolvere. Però è stato spiacevole e anche un po' preoccupante. Per il resto, ottima colazione, ottima cena: avremmo apprezzato una vasca idromassaggio in piscina. Location perfetta.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The only flaw was that the pool was a full of kids and I mean full of them! Not very tranquil and very busy. The fact that the hotel rooms are high up means you have lovely views. The hotel location is very central

Lovely hotel. Met me with an umbrella when my car pulled up as it was raining. They called me by name upon arrival. I use a scooter and loved the low bed and walk in shower. Staff was excellent in every way. Printed some materials and promptly delivered them to my room. Their car service took me in their Tesla SUV, thank you Lou, to another destination. Breakfast and dinner at Sky High was absolutely delicious. First class in every way. General Manager Cecilia was so kind and what a team she has. Thank you!
