I called 2 weeks before my reservation date to cancel, since my friend in Philadelphia was able to put me up. You wouldnt accept my cancellation and I was still charged. Considering that I got in off someone else's cancellation, I'm sure that someone could have used the bed I tried to cancel. Thousands of People were in town for Wrestlemania and there were 6000 athletes doing the Hot Chocolate Run (5K 10K 15K), including me from out of town. It seems that your company really needed my money. I pity you, I acted in transparency, cancelling two weeks ahead.

Staff was very friendly and they had everything I needed. Dorms were clean and allowed for privacy. Very secure & welcoming. No AC though which got a little warm on those humid, summer nights.
