พนักงานบริการต้อนรับ สุภาพและให้การแนะนำดี ห้องพักสะอาด อุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน ให้ความเป็นส่วนตัวสูง เหมาะสำหรับการพักผ่อนหรือพักใจอย่างมาก สำหรับห้องที่มองเห็นวิวทะเลได้คือดีสุดๆ มองแล้วสบายตาสบายใจ มีสระว่ายน้ำ ฟิตเนส ซาวน่าและห้องอาหารครบครัน แต่ห้องที่เข้าพักแอร์จะมีเสียงดังนิดหน่อย โดยภาพรวมแล้วแนะนำเลยค่ะ ถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับไปใช้บริการอีก

ข้อดี: มีที่จอดรถเยอะ, รปภ.บริการดี, มีอาหารเช้าบุฟเฟ่ต์, มีโซนวิวมองเห็นทะเล(แต่ไม่ติดทะเล)
ข้อเสีย: ราคาแพงเมื่อเทียบกับอุปกรณ์(เช่น ทีวี/ไดร์เป่าผมในห้องเสีย) และบริการที่ได้รับ,, ผนังกั้นห้องบางมาก ได้ยินเสียงรถวิ่ง เสียงคนเดิน เสียงข้างห้องคุยกัน,โรงแรมเก่ามารีโนเวทใหม่ แต่การบริการแย่มากๆ มากที่สุดที่เคยเจอและไม่คิดจะกลับไปใช้บริการแน่นอน
1. มาถึงกลางคืนประมาณ 4 ทุ่ม พอถึงห้องพัก ห้องฝั่งตรงข้ามเปิดประตูโดยมีเก้าอี้มากั้นไว้ไม่ให้ประตูปิด และเปิดหน้าต่างไว้ หลอนและน่ากลัวมากๆค่ะ ต้องนอนเปิดไฟทั้งคืน โทรแจ้งพนักงานสอบถามว่ามีคนเข้าพักไหม ถ้าไม่มีรบกวนช่วยปิดประตูให้หน่อย ทางพนักงานรับทราบ แต่สุดท้ายไม่ขึ้นมาปิดค่ะ (และไม่ได้แจ้งเหตุผลกลับว่ามีคนอยู่ไหมหรือเปิดทำไม)
2. ช่วงเช้าลงไปรับประทานอาหาร น้องชายอาหารเป็นพิษ วิ่งเข้าห้องน้ำไม่ทัน มีอาเจียนออกมา พนักงานท่านหนึ่งเดินมาเสียงแข็งว่า “เป็นอะไร“ พร้อมชักสีหน้าไม่พอใจ ในความรู้สึกเราคือ เราไม่ได้อยากให้น้องมาอ้วกที่พื้นเหมือนกัน แต่ทำไมต้องทำสีหน้าและเสียงที่ไม่พอใจมากๆ
ไม่ประทับใจในการบริการของพนักงานที่นี่เลยค่ะ จะไม่แนะนำคนรู้จักให้มาที่นี่แน่นอนค่ะ

ไปกับครอบครัวสระว่ายน้ำแคยไปนิดนึงค่ะ ถ้ามีหลายๆครอบครัวถือว่าคับแคบเลย อีกอย่างน้ำมีตะกอนเยอะมาก เหมือนไม่สะอาด ใกล้ชายหาด แต่ไม่มีทางลงต้องเดินไปเล่นน้ำ แต่ว่าทะเลตรงนั้นสกปรกมากๆๆๆๆๆๆๆๆๆ ไม่น่าไปเล่น แต่ถ้าจะพักเพื่อไปลงเรือไปเสม็ดเห็นคนที่พักด้วยกันบอกนะคะ อาหารเช้า ไทย สลัด ขนมปัง กาแฟ ห้องพักสะอาดดีค่ะ มีไดร์เป่าผมให้ พนักงาน ไม่ถามเลย ต้องให้เดินไปถามเอง
