Crowne Plaza Phnom Penh by IHG (Former VM Hotel)

The environment and service were excellent. It was perfect for my business trip. The hotel was clean and hygienic, offering great value for money. It also felt very safe. I'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Location: Situated opposite the old airport, about an hour's drive from the new airport. Downstairs there's a VM Mall with a few Chinese restaurants and a supermarket; however, the Chinese restaurants are quite expensive (it seems all Chinese restaurants in Cambodia are pricey). Room: The room was spacious and relatively new, with excellent amenities, comparable to hotels of the same caliber in China. The disposable razor provided with the toiletries was terrible; I used it once and cut my skin in over three places, and it bled for a long time before stopping. Breakfast: Quite good, satisfying. Facilities: The swimming pool was quite large, but unfortunately, I didn't get to use it this time. The gym was small with basic equipment, but it was functional enough. Service: The front desk staff spoke fluent Chinese and were polite. Satisfactory.

Located at the old airport, this hotel used to be called Weima and is now a Crowne Plaza. It's situated within a small shopping mall with many restaurants nearby. The rooms are quite spacious and the facilities are fairly new. The breakfast is a bit monotonous; honestly, there's not much variety.

The room was great, and there were plenty of dining options nearby.

The environment is decent, but breakfast could be improved.

When traveling, safety at the hotel is paramount, and this hotel truly made me feel secure. The room facilities were excellent, and the staff were very welcoming and enthusiastic, especially the hotel manager, Jenni Hartatik. If I ever visit again, I'll definitely choose Crowne Plaza.

The environment is great, very quiet around here. I always stay here whenever I'm in town, it's very reassuring.
