Location is perfectly convenient with cafes, supermarkets within walking distance. Breakfast was substantial and the size of the room was spacious. The executive lounge was accessible to us and it was perfect with a bird-eye view of the city. We were able to night skyline.

First time staying here, and the hotel seems quite new. The location is excellent, right in the city center. Breakfast was quite substantial, and the hotel's decor is similar to a mid-range chain like Hanting or All Seasons. The room size was decent.

First time staying in this hotel. Fully recommend to anyone who wish to stay. Extremely clean room, good breakfast, service is top notch and the best part is the swimming pool.

So far so good but the hotel is way too dark at the night time and there’s quite convenient as the temple cafe open 24/7 !!! Just opposite the hotel. There’s one good Korean restaurant open 24hour too . We had supper there (walking distance 3mins)

This Novotel seems to be right in the city center, with plenty of restaurants nearby. There's a small alley next door that leads directly to a bar street. However, it's over 2 kilometers from the riverside, about a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride. The hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are quite spacious. The only minor issue is the odd angle of the mirror, which makes shaving a bit awkward. The executive lounge offers a wider selection of drinks than many Pullman hotels. The main drawback is the price; a standard room at 700 RMB is more expensive than in Shanghai, so the value for money is debatable.

Everything good except on the check out day after the hotel agreeing to allow a late check out, i was unable to use the lift to go back to my room floor when i returned to the hotel after finishing a meeting in the morning. The shower room water drain was a bit slow too.
