Aurea Delight Hotel

Great location and nice environment, very convenient for getting around! The service attitude could use some improvement! But now, it feels like the service has significantly improved! Much better than before! At least the front desk ladies answer you when you talk to them! And that male manager in the white shirt actually thinks before he speaks now! Though he still spends all day chatting up girls.

The hotel is great, located in the central market, right in the city center, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. Transportation is even better; everyone knows the famous central market. The hotel staff are also nice.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before, but now I’m extremely unhappy. I was staying continuously, but when I left my luggage at the front desk for storage, they told me there would be a $10 storage fee. The platform clearly states free storage services, yet they still charged me. And it wasn't like I was checking out; I was staying for consecutive nights! When I complained to the relevant staff, not only did they not help me resolve the issue, but they also unreasonably accused me of smoking in the room and demanded a fine. The photo they provided as 'evidence' was just an unlit cigarette on the floor. This hotel is clearly a rip-off; everyone needs to be careful! As the saying goes, 'you get what you pay for!' I have to report this hotel. I’ve stayed here for over half a year, but perhaps because they haven't had many guests recently, the staff are openly ripping people off. Moreover, the front desk attendant, busy playing games on a tablet, completely ignored me. They only bothered to attend to me after finishing their game! The staff quality is very poor! I hope everyone can be wary of this hotel! I also urge the platform to look into the issues with this hotel and prevent them from ripping off customers! I've heard many customers complain about being fined for no reason at this hotel.
