Its too dirty, i cant even go to swim because of the pool is dirty 🥲 even the bedshit 🥲

Terrible place! The bed has stains, I barely slept 9n the bed, I slept on the edge with my own towel as a sheet. The toilet left with sponge and shower with empty bottles. Worst why I barely sleep, the lock of the Glassdoor in the balcony is broken, you cannot lock it. Also the stairs no handrails just steps alone. The staff, worse they don't even guide you to your room, you have to look for it yourself, I am annoyed because I am charged $5 extra just for having a toilet in my own room. Also one thing I recognize in this place is that, most people live here as tenants are from black people, I assume they are Africans. How do I know they live in this place? Because I saw them washing their own bed covers and sheets, the washing area is just in front of my room.

DO NOT stay at this hotel unless you have no other option. There are other much better hotel with better location than this at same or comparable price albeit smaller space. When we arrive the staff told us that the room we booked is not available (DELUXE DOUBLE ROOM WITH NETFLIX). I specifically chose this room as I’m an avid movie fan. The receptionist gave us a substitute room which is MUCH worse. A (sub)standard twin room while the receptionist remarked that the room is “Very good”. As we arrived at the room I was shocked to find that the room is filthy, flooring is dirty and dusty. Worse of all the beds are littered with dark unknown stains and lots of shedded hair and there isn’t even a TV in the room. We returned to the receptionist to cancel the booking and applied for refund on Trip app. As soon as the cancellation request reached the property they just rejected it immediately without even looking at the request detail. In my opinion this hotel is more akin to greedy tourist trap. I would recommend anyone who wants to book a room at this hotel to choose pay at hotel option in order to avoid regrets later as the property will not entertain any refund request for any reason.

This is one of the amazing hotel I visited here in Cambodia will try again soon..

Pool is not so clean, Trash aren’t pick up. staff are good and friendly. they have free laundry but the next problem is how to get it dry. i booked for 9nights and just stayed for 4nights. i asked them to help me have a refund for the remaining 5nights. but they kept on telling me they can’t do anything and won’t do a refund. well ofcourse they can if they only want but they take advantage in your change of plans. real PET FRIENDLY

The room was pretty filthy at first and they changed us to an even more filthy room and they didnt even give us any towels. Man it was pretty disguising and didnt look like the photos. What can u expect from a 20$/night hotel that is filled with mostly east asians..
