SKY HOTEL Central Phnom Penh - Rooms & Apartments

Terrible. Room was located in a different older building not the one in photos. Walls dirty with mold or just dirty, no elevator and even when i request 1st or 2nd floor i got 5th without elevator. Small stairs without light and small to carry a big luggage all the way up. Bed was dirty with death insects clearly visible. Complained and only was told to pay more for a better room. Horrible experience.

Please compare the room shown in the photos with the actual room we received. I’m leaving this honest review to warn future guests. We arrived at the hotel around 3 AM after traveling for nearly 6 hours by car with our infant baby, so we were already extremely tired. On top of that, there was no elevator, and we had to walk all the way up to the 5th floor carrying our luggage and baby. When we arrived, we tried to explain the booking issue to the staff, but unfortunately they could not understand English properly, so communication was very difficult. Because it was already very late at night, we had no choice but to stay and wait until morning before changing rooms. Our experience was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, had a very bad smell, and even the bedsheets were not clean. The air conditioner was leaking water badly, and the floor became wet and flooded inside the room. Because of the poor hygiene and environment, my infant baby developed many rashes and became sick during our stay. We originally booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, but the conditions were so unacceptable that we had no choice but to leave early and move to another hotel, even though we lost money because of it. In total, we lost around $60–70, but at least we learned an important lesson. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting cleanliness, comfort, or proper service. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The room I book in picture not same they give me room 4 flowers no lift also ac not work to smiling they scam with guts I’m not happy

Please i will request whoever see my review never book this hotel its Worst hotel in whole phnom penh no human being can survive in this kind if room I booked the room online in 22.7$ when I check in into the room Airconditioner was not working i complained many times to reception and send them emails call them also but they didn't do anything and room was sooo dirty bedsheets were very smelly and when I took bath all water come into my room I can't even walk into the room I can't sleep even for one minute these 24 hours were very difficult for me I even become sick because of no sleep. Worst management staff behaviour is very bad. Even other hotel belongs to same owner like skyVilla hotel, Sky Mansion Hotel all have same problems no ACs working even they don't allow you to use air-conditioner on 16° they ask you to use it on 25° otherwise pay us extra 5$ if you want to use air-conditioner remote.

It was okay, I had a peaceful stay and no interruptions. It is very close to everything interesting in Phnom Penh

Dear Support Team, I would like to raise a concern regarding my recent stay. The actual condition of the room was not the same as shown on Trip.com. Upon arrival, I experienced several issues: The room condition was not satisfactory The bed was damaged/broken There is no elevator, and I was assigned to the 4th floor No towels were provided upon arrival The linens did not appear fresh and had an unpleasant smell Overall, the experience did not meet the expectations based on the listing. I kindly request you to look into this matter and advise on a possible resolution.
