Reception are very rude 😔

The hotel and room were good. It is a good detail to have a balcony for smoking on every floor. It was said that the terrace in the pictures was completely closed. I didn't experience anything negative.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Yunfan Hotel. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we found cockroaches in our room and bathroom. The hotel staff kindly moved us twice (even to a better room), but the other rooms also had cockroaches. They also suggested we move to another hotel, so we understand this isn't something new for them.

The room size is OK, not too small. Facilities: The facilities are average. A bit old Hygiene: The hygiene is not very good. The bath towels are already black and they are not replaced with new ones Environment: The environment is OK. But there is no sound insulation Service: The service is good. It is worth promoting to know Chinese

The room gave me a very good feeling. Although the room is not big, it is simple and elegant, and the cost performance is very high. This is the second time I have booked this hotel. I plan to rent it here for a long time next time. It is very cost-effective.
