The Point Boutique Hotel is in a great location for those who like to party, drink and listen to music all night long. It's rooftop bar is the the most awesome part of the hotel. Other than these 2 factors the hotel is totally run down. The receptionist(male tall) was unhappy that we paid a low price for a 4night stay in the hotel and still requested for high floors where the views were awesome. 2 of us got high flrs and 2 low flrs. The hotel was not fully booked at all. I got the worst of it all which was in the 2flr with zero view just the adjacent building.
My bathroom shower was leaking water everywhere and the TV was not working. The digital safe was not working. A key was given to lock but it doesn't work.even the PowerPoints were loose and had intermittent current while charging my hp.
2 keys were given, one for the elevator and one for the room. If I forget to bring the elevator key card, I will need to staff to tap the ready in the elevator to reach to my flr.
Overall I would jus give 1 star for the location and view for this Hotel.

Good location if you want to be in the bar area. A bit noisy at night but not extreme. Rooms are decent enough for a short stay.

For the price paid, it was ok. Book a room with king bed but was told only left twin room upon check in. The location was good. The amenities in the room could be more, e.g. toilet paper. When asked for more in the evening, the hotel reception said only can get it the next morning as the housekeeping is closed.

Great location for nightlife in the area. Would recommend for a 2-4 night stay. Request the balcony room. Easy to walk around at night!
