Phnom Penh Infinity Pool Down to $25/N - M Residence

Honestly, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It's perfectly located for sightseeing, with great restaurants not too far away, and the price is fair.

The hotel's location is quite unique, but the room rates fluctuate a lot, and I'm not sure why, which isn't a great experience. There's a nice bar across from the hotel, though.

This was probably the worst place I've stayed in during my several months of traveling through Southeast Asia. I stayed here for 3 days in early July 2026. The room was infested with cockroaches of all sizes. The bed was so hard, it felt like sleeping on the floor. There was a kitchenette in the room, but absolutely no utensils, dishes, nothing at all. When I went to the reception to ask if I could at least get a plate, they told me it wasn't 'provided for' in my apartment 😂. There wasn't even a glass in the room, and I don't know what kind of luxury suite you'd need to book just to get glasses. The air conditioning unit was right above my head, and it might have been okay, but on the second day, water started pouring out of it quite heavily. And where did it pour? Directly onto my head, of course. Without the A/C, it was impossible to breathe in the room. So, I ended up having to cover half the bed with a towel to catch the water. And finally, the grand finale. On the last night, some alarm kept going off on several floors. The sound was brain-piercing, not even noise-canceling headphones helped. Nobody at the reception heard anything, and several times during the night, I had to go down to the ground floor to inform them of what was happening. After the third attempt, and having been woken up three times and made trips to the first floor with updates, they finally managed to turn it off. On the upside, there was hot water and a great view of the city from the rooftop.

Terrible experience! 1. The pool has been out of order for a long time and completely unusable, yet they didn't mention this when I booked, even though they advertised it as a selling point. 2. The hygiene was poor; the bedding was dirty, and there were cockroaches. 3. The front desk service was bad. One staff member was particularly rude, unhelpful, and kept saying "no" or "can't" to everything, even arguing with guests. I've never encountered such an unaccommodating staff member before.
