Booked a bungalow deluxe and paid for 3rd guests. Owner said ******* at her site didn't reflected it. Offer a normal room (just 3 bottles of water, no toiletries). Was too tired to talk/fight for it after a long drive, we accepted it to rest early. Disappointing, expected to stay in a proper room with bigger area.
Place run down but convenient short drive to Sam Phan Bok.

We only visited here for dinner as we unfortunately already had checked in at other resort. Not many customers during this time but they served us a great dinner. They were even kind to prepare some special food for us that was not on the menu. That's what I call customer service.

I really like this place. We had a double room and it was very good. Everything worked in the bathroom, lighting, power and Wi-Fi which often doesn't happen in Thailand There are many units of different styles. The manager is very friendly, speaks good English and is very helpful. We ate in their Chomdao restaurant for lunch and dinner and it was very good too The included breakfast was rice porridge, fried egg and toast. Sadly, only instant coffee. It's about 2km from the Mekong and the boat trips which is probably one main reason that people stay here in normal times. Recommended
