Hotels Near Entrance Wat Phra Ram in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya

I stayed here for five nights on the final leg of my 2022 north-south road trip. Many of the guest houses in this neighborhood are still closed, this hotel was one of the only options I could find in this area. This is a pretty typical Thai/Asian-style city hotel. Behind the hotel, they have another building that is similar to a motel in the US. This is where I stayed. From the outside, it looks good, but the rooms are very basic with few amenities. Again, typical of a budget hotel that would cost 500 THB in another part of the country. At a walk-in rate of 790 THB, I thought the room was overpriced. On a positive note: the air conditioning, hot water, and refrigerator worked well and it was very clean. There is sufficient, on-site parking for those who self-drive.

Located near Ayutthaya train station. If you come out there are many streets stalls available already . Hotel is very very old . Facilities and amenities are bad. We were not able to open the room door with the key because it’s so worn out . Had to try so hard . The toilet door was spoilt and wasn’t able to close properly. Shower curtains were mouldy . The beds were so worn out when you sleep you can feel the springs inside . The aircon temperature would fluctuate throughout the night making it difficult to sleep.

Well-run homestay with a hostess who knows how to take care of the guests in the best possible way. Select the room with aircon for best comfort. Believe me, you don't want to go for the fan-only room in this lovely establishment. You want to go to full mile and have it all. The breakfast is hearty and prepared with utmost dedication. The location is superb for backpackers waiting for their next train to Chiang Mai, or wherever they are destined to go. The Wifi was surprisingly leopard-like fast in an old Thai style house like this. The shared bathroom is not an issue if you don't have a bad stomach and the parking space are plentiful if you are willing to walk the extra steps. Therefore, I would not hesitate to recommend this place, A slight deduction has been made due to very thin wall, thus you can hear every gossip from your neighbor.

Hello, that's Elli and Eyan. We've been looking for the place like this forever! Such a beautiful small apartment we were staying in, with a kitchen and nice shower, with a hot tub and a balcony. House keeping stuff and other services are so nice and caring. Pool and jacuzzi were also superb. We were enjoying each other SOOOOO much in this beautiful hotel, super atmospheric.... People! Also, breakfasts are the best! It's soo nice to go down for the breakfast every morning. Varieties of different foods and beautiful relaxing music... Caring stuff that fills your coffee or tea cup any time you are about to stand up and get it by yourself... Recommended from the bottom of our hearts 💓

A 7-story hotel located about 1 km ahead of the local road beside the Central Cape Department Store along National Highway 32 in the eastern part of Ayutthaya city toward the Japanese village. The comfortable standard specification rooms unique to hop-in, which are developed nationwide chains, are still alive here, and we thoroughly pursue functionality and comfort in limited guest room space. The room is spacious. There are a lot of Chinese people staying. It's a bit noisy. The room smells like the drain pipe. The lotus hanging hanger is loose, making it necessary to hold the lotus to shower. Everything else is ok, cheap price, but there is a problem with the reservation system using a credit card to reserve. But you have to pay cash again. But the employees handled it smoothly.

On my check-in process ( at 14.00), I have been told that my 2-booked rooms are not ready to stay so I went outside for city tour until 17.00. What happened when I came back, I had still to wait for room cleaning, but I give pressure to receptionist to find one room first for my mom to relax then I got one room. Until 18.15 I come back again to receptionist to ask for another room, you know what answer I got is that the receptionist STII. DO. NOT. KNOW. WHEN. I. CAN. GET ANOTHER ROOM. BY now as to hotel like centara chain that has managed a lot of hotels nationwide, such a situation can be handled and solved easily in more professional skill. So I phoned to hotel and talked to front office manager and informed of my story, the manager just say same. SORRY, but I do not want this word , I need the manager to clear my long-story problem, so the manager ask for 5 minutes to look into my problem. After that I have finally got room at 18.45. What doubt me a lot, if hotel do not have good management team to serve guest during festival period, why you open hotel in this period. Hotel should know well that new year is yearly big festival so you should have well-organized management with skillful staffs, not staffs that can say only S O R R Y, but cannot do anything like answering machines. What make me big disappointed is that I have never wait for one room for so so long time like this time, it should not ever happen to over-standard hotel chain like. CENTARA. The hotel is located in the city of about 15 minutes by car. The rooms are clean, breakfast is fine. The restaurant is part of the hotel by 22:00. Traditional but also European kitchen is very cheap. Massage, gym and outdoor pool. If you need a taxi it takes at least 20 minutes to get there. If you use Grab it's very difficult to find a car, it's impossible for a weekend.

Sala Bang Pa In is a very photogenic hotel, several areas in the hotel are amazing for Instagram lovers. The Rooms are modern and tasteful, the common areas are classy and beautifully designed. The hotel is situated on a river with water running past both sides of the hotel giving the feel you are on a private island. The hotel is set amongst low key, local neighbourhoods making it really stand out from its surroundings. The food and service were very good too!
