Amenities: The facilities are very comprehensive. The hotel offers turndown service, even lighting a lemongrass-scented candle for you. Cleanliness: Very clean. Service: The front desk offers homemade green tea with iced ginger at check-in, which is delicious and has a hint of honey. Breakfast is more Western-style but also includes congee and noodles. The iced Americano is superb, highly recommended. Scenery: It's a private beach, so it offers great privacy and beautiful scenery. Lounging on a beach chair is incredibly relaxing. I'm planning to stay here again next time I visit Phu Quoc. Location: Central. This hotel is perfect for a relaxed, 'lounge-around' kind of vacation.

The hotel environment is really comfortable, with a private, very clean beach. Since there are only individual bungalows, it never feels crowded – the atmosphere is very quiet, perfect for those seeking peace. The front desk communicates via WeChat or WhatsApp, and they respond quickly to any requests. It's a 20-minute drive from the city center and half an hour from the airport. Grab is very convenient and inexpensive; a ride from the airport to the hotel was only 220,000 VND, which is about HKD $70. Breakfast is good and has everything you need. You *must* try the spa – facing the sea with the breeze, it's so comfortable you'll fall asleep. Even the most expensive treatment is only around HKD $5xx!

A very Vietnamese-style resort, almost no Chinese guests, all Europeans and Americans. The road leading in was a bit tricky for navigation, possibly due to roadworks. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the beach location is quite good, perfect for going out on the boat anytime.

A wonderful hotel! The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, were absolutely exceptional. Our bungalow with direct access to the sea was excellent. Just a hundred meters from the hotel, you'll find a motorbike rental and a small shop. The hotel's restaurant was definitely up to par, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts. If you're looking for a hotel for a quiet, comfortable getaway, this is absolutely the place! We would love to return to this hotel!

The hotel was great! My only minor quibble is the poorly maintained road leading up to the entrance; it would be absolutely perfect if that could be fixed. Still, it didn't significantly affect our overall experience.

The view is absolutely stunning; it's an oceanfront room with direct access to the beach from the balcony. However, for a resort, the food quality is quite mediocre, and it's also very inconvenient to venture out. The minibar and in-room snacks are virtually non-existent, and you even have to bring your own bottled water.

We were truly impressed by the hospitality andf attention to detail. They made our stay extra special and I can honestly say that we would go back to it. This beautiful resort has its own private beach and it's absolutely breathtaking. The food could dfo with variety but the breakfast was delicious. We travel a lot and this is definitely one of our favourite places of all times. The staff was absolutely amazing and super helpful and friendly. It was our anniversary and they surely pull out all stops. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Make sure to go for the snorkeling...the guide is great and very professional and fun. The customer service exceeded our expectations. They really thought of every little detail! The entire resort staff were friendly, personal and helpful. This was truly the best customer service I have ever experienced and I have traveled a lot! I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

The room is located in a quiet and somewhat secluded private area by the sea. There are only a few rooms in total, so it's very peaceful and undisturbed, allowing you to fully enjoy a different lifestyle. I was very lucky to get an upgrade; the experience of a beachfront villa was so much better. The view of the ocean right from the room door was quite breathtaking, with sunshine and sand.

I was able to relax in a quiet environment. Although it's a small resort hotel, I was able to enjoy a sophisticated time surrounded by nature. For breakfast, you can freely choose the fruit in front of you to make your own fresh juice. It was delicious.

I stayed at three or four different hotels in Vietnam this time, experiencing the romance and vibrancy of the sunset town, and also feeling the lively atmosphere of central Phu Quoc Island (I even met an angelic little dog named Qiuqiu at my guesthouse). But unsurprisingly, for the last two days, I fell in love with the unique tranquility and freedom of Chen Sea. Perhaps it was the spacious lobby, the unique welcome markings in the rooms, or maybe it was the detached villas facing the sea, or the sound of the waves lulling me to sleep at night… “Her beauty” When I watched the sunset from the beach chair in front of my room, I truly, truly, truly understood the meaning of my long hours in Hangzhou! After taking a few quick photos, I told my boyfriend I wanted to experience it for myself. "Watching the passing boats, discussing how often they go out to sea," "Watching the waves grow bigger and bigger, wondering if the next wave would rise even higher and farther than the previous one"... "Her cleanliness" During my two days at Chen Sea, I could feel the staff's care and love for the place. Having been a hotel for over ten years, the beach is always spotless, the beach mats on the chairs are always clean (they're collected and washed every night, including the hammocks), and the beach towels are always promptly put away and put away... They're never left damp on the mats, ensuring the next guest gets soaked. She hasn't become complacent about "maintaining" despite her long history in business.
