I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and featured a lovely balcony, providing a great place to relax. The highlight was definitely the super large, clean swimming pool, which made for a refreshing and enjoyable experience. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was good. Location is very near to Vinwonder , safari, ****** and granworld. There is a free shuttle and also vin bus. i suggest if there is slide at the pool, i guess all the kids will be more happy i love the one bedroom suite. ... comfortable and pretty good for our family trip/

Is a beautiful hotel at the north. Near to grand world, vinsafari and vinwonder. Free shuttle bus to the above places. Other than that, is far to town. Breakfast have good spread. Big room and large bed. Staff are friendly. There is also a ****** right across the hotel. If going to visit north of Phu Quoc, star fish beach. Is a good hotel to stay.

The hotel seats are very good. The front desk staff are also very helpful.

Booked a 2rooms. Near the beach, hotel lobby was awesome. 15min walking to grand world. Highly recommended for all types of group Kids club was friendly to our kids and also Popcorn and juices are free.

Chose this hotel because of the location, highly recommended by my Vietnamese friend. Free buggy to Grand world. Great location. Clean hotel and very close to ******, it's just 2mins walk from hotel lobby to ****** entrance. We also liked the breakfast here.

A very beautiful location, very impressive. Really liked the big pool and private beach! Service was very good. I liked the variety at the breakfast buffet as well!

Nice 5-star hotel in PQ. Great breakfast and rooms (new!) Only negative is early closing time for pool and kayak/SUP.

Best resort at Ganh Dau Phú quốc, great food, great ambience, but the best thing is about their service and hospitality it is very representation of resort service should be. The staff at pool and beach were very nice, they helped my 5 years old daughter flying kites, especially Mr Cường always asked if he could help. This is a family friendly resort.

This was my second stay at Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc, and it was as perfect as the one 4 years ago! I could see many guests staying at the resort. However, the beach and the pool were not crowded at all! Loved their breakfast buffet! Great choice of main dishes, fruits, and pastry! Staff are friendly, always ready to help! The view from the room and the beach is spectacular! Perfect resort to relax!

The service overall at the hotel was fine. I was able to take a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. Check-in was simple and a breeze. Email communication is however, subpar. I emailed the hotel about how to reserve a shuttle 4 days before my arrival, but didn't get a response until 2 days after I left (a total of about a week when I first emailed). I even responded by saying I had already left but did not receive any response apologizing for the delay. This is not service expected from a 5-star hotel. Check-out was another issue. I was standing in line while there was a window open with another agent, yet, he was just standing there posing for photos taken by another employee. Maybe they were taking photos for the hotel, but they should have checked me out when they saw me standing in line first. The breakfast buffet was good and had a wide variety of Asian and Western foods.
