Super relaxing and friendly staff. Very central and both north and south are accessible via bike (25km to the north and 25km to the south) definitely recommended

The staff and the services are of good quality. The main issue is the location. The Free beach is on the far southern corner of the Long Beach Phu Quoc. The beach right o in front of the restaurant is bit rocky and all the busslibg is 500-600m away at the centre of the beach. The hotel could be ideal for young or single people but may not be the ideal location for a family with young kids. Nevertheless this is not hotel’s mistake. Just the location issue.

Basic hotel, price to value. Beds comfy, room spacious. We had the bungalow on the beach. Nice sunset direkt from your room!Staff friendly, food is ok, portions to small for our teenagers. Downside; beach furniture is old and damaged in desperate need of replacement.

The hotel has Bex bugs and my travel towel was taken from my room.

there is nothing wrong with the whole hotel complex. But please dear Vietnamese, I love your country, finally do something about the garbage lying around everywhere. Nobody wants to lie on a beach that is completely littered or swim in a sea full of plastic waste

We stay 1 week. Our bungalow is nice, spacious,clean and good decor, surround by tropical garden. Private beach is super clean and wonderful. They arrange sun chair and umbrella for guest. Delicious breakfast. Food at restaurant is amazing and cocktail also. We love Tuna and Pinacolada. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good time to relax and highly recommed

We are verry nice trip at here. Staff are very kind and take care in detail. The beach is very beautiful, white sand. Very suitable for resting and relaxing after tiring days of work. The grounds are exceptionally magnificent. Restaurant is very good foods and drinks. Our room is spacious and the view from the beautiful beach.

Lovely stay at convenient, excellent service, environment and quiet resort. The rooms are spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choice. Private beach is super clean and nice sunset. Would recommend this place to stay!

Great friendly place to stay! All the staff were helpful and kind. Plus two cute dogs who love strokes! Clean, tidy, lovely breakfast over looking the sea. It was stormy when we arrived and unfortunately some water came into our room (awful rainstorm) so they kindly moved us to an upgraded room with no extra cost. I would recommend staying here!

Very perfect location! Room was with Balcony with sea view, Comfortable and clean amenities were amazing and beautiful. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Food at restaurant is wonderful and good price. Motorbike is good for rent. Definitely back in the future.

The resort is in a beautiful setting. Our rooms are large and very comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful. The private beaches are clean with lots of sunchairs and umbrellas. The food is very good and big selection. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely be back!

Excellent resort. Big comfortable room with a very comfortable king size bed and pillows. The breakfast is amazing and the staff were super friendly and helpful! the private beach is incredible. The location was fantastic—offering convenient access to a breathtaking beach, while the restaurant provided a spectacular view of majestic sunsets. 🌅🏖️🌇 We highly recommend!

Free Beach resort is right on the beach. Everything is very professional and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly .The room are well-organized, big balcony, comfy bed and designed. Shopping, restaurants etc you can reach by walking . We will come back again!

We spent a great stay in Free Beach Resort. There were plenty of amenities and it was located right next to the beach. The room was really beautiful, spacious, clean and wonderful view. The service was top notch, their team were always available and friendly which made our stay all the more enjoyable. Food at restaurant was amazing and affordable price. We'll definitely come back.
