The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure my comfort, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel is well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities. My room was clean and comfortable, although I did notice that the shower lacked a door, which might be worth considering for future improvements. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. It was a great way to start the day, with plenty of choices to enjoy. The hotel's overall ambiance was relaxing, making it a perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind.!

All the staff was great especially Nam who’s very helpful and answered all our questions. He even recommended us good food and where to eat. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Aside of that a few walks from your room, you can view beautiful sun set. Buffet breakfast was ok but will be more happy if they could change their menu every 2 days. Overall our stay was very pleasant and will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Last but not least, there’s a must-try dish when you come to Phu Quoc Island, Bun Quay. It’s a seafood bun (noodles) from Phu Quoc Island. The bonus is you can find a restaurant selling this noodle across the hotel (2min walk). The name of the restaurant is Kien Xay. Please go early as the shop is always crowded with tourists even locals also visit regularly.

A wonderful hotel in a great and convenient location. There are many cafes, restaurants and all sorts of shops around. There is a KinKong supermarket nearby. The territory of the hotel itself is very green and cozy. The beach is also great and clean. There were enough sun loungers for everyone. The staff is generally beyond praise. You feel like a welcome guest. The breakfasts are delicious. The pool is clean and pleasant. A room with a view of the beach is a special chic 😊👍 But it is better to take a balcony or terrace. The room also has everything you need, the cleaning is excellent. Once again, special thanks to the staff and management of the hotel, you made our holiday unforgettable and magical! 🙏
