Gaia Hotel Phu Quoc Reviews

The facilities are truly subpar. There was a sewage smell, and the dressing table was swarming with ants, which even got into my bag. It was incredibly frustrating. I will definitely not be returning. The location was decent, being near the night market, but that's about it.

The experience in this hotel was great. The location is perfect. The beach is 4-5 minutes away. There are many souvenir shops, fruit, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The bus station is not far as well. The King Kong market is overrated and overpriced , try to visit long beach market instead. The breakfast was good. The rooms are cleaned every day. However, the glass of the window with the sea view was really dirty. And in the morning it was really loud since early hours, the house keepers were shouting all morning. Anyway, I recommend staying here, the price was not high. I also recommend you visiting different beaches , because the Long Beach is not that nice as other ones.

Clean room, friendly staffs. Locates in middle of town, 200m to bus stop which really convenient to travel around by bus. 24/7 mart just a corner.

Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel. The service stood out, especially thanks to a staff member named Hai, who was very helpful, polite, and professional. Hai took the time to assist properly and made the experience much more pleasant. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and everything was generally well managed. While there’s room for improvement, the good service—particularly from Hai—made a positive impression.

I was very satisfied with the price, location, and environment. The front desk staff were friendly, happy to answer my questions, and provided assistance. The breakfast was also very rich, and it's only a fifteen-minute walk to Phu Quoc Night Market.

For the price, the facilities are quite old, and the air conditioning smells bad.

Overall, quite a good hotel. They upgrade for me to deluxe because it is non busy season.. thanks a lot.. the view from the balcony is great, can see the sunset
