"It was great I booked this hotel! The owner was really nice, everything is great, bed is bed and comfortable, room are very big too!! Nice price with nice room. It was just few mins walk from the free bus stop, and taking bus is very easy. I drove motorcycle to the sunset town it only takes me 25 mins and to the Grand world only took me 35-40 mins. I am defo will stay again for next time."

"The hotel is near to grandworld, convenient place to visit vinwonder, safari and grandworld. But is far from the cable car, the grab price on the island is consider expensive for me. There is vinbus available for free which will pass through the hotel but you gotta match the timing. The price is reasonable with variety of breakfast, they even prepare box lunch for you if need to check out early, need to inform reception. The room is big as well with basic amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton bud, comb (!! Less hotel provide them nowadays), indoor reusable slipper (!! A must for me), the hairdryer is pretty strong as well. The swimming pool is lively everyday with adults and kids, it seem to open till late night. Kids club open from 9-5pm during weekdays and longer during weekends, visited during one of the weekday when it is almost close around 4.30pm, the caretaker did not feel like entertaining us anymore, she just sit there checking her hp. Receptionist and front door people all have great smile. If you stay with the hotel, you can get discount price for vinwonder and safari, child under 4yr can get free pass to the park even if over 100cm, found out after buying ticket online since the vinpearl website mention over 100cm need child ticket. Overall, it is a budget friendly and convenient hotel just that the bed is a little too hard."

"we enjoyed our stay🫶 it was our honeymoon trip and also our first time in Vietnam. Hotel manager arranged a nice surprise for us in our room once we arrived, with a complementary cake thank you for everything💕 the hotel itself is gorgeous, food is delicious (i’m russian and my husband is chinese and we both liked the food here) and overall service is also great, we recommend ✨ there are two tennis courts (not free) if you’d like to play some 🎾, sauna is free of charge but reservation is required"

"A beautiful property directly on the beach with many swimming pools to enjoy and spend your day. The buffet for breakfast was absolutely delicious and you can’t miss the fresh pastries that must be made in house because they are that good! Wow! Very smooth and easy check-in process, terrific guest relations team, who is very responsive and very helpful bellmen all throughout my visit. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially families, couple couples or solo travelers.  Some small silly policies like take away containers for in room, dining during peak season an no breakfast for in room dining but overall, it was an exceptional experience. The buffet made up for not having in room dining for breakfast because it was really one of the best buffets I’ve had in a long time!  If you’re an art lover, I highly suggest visiting the property located directly next-door from a short walk on the beach And visit Nguyen Art Gallery to see stunning works of art by a very talented local artist artists. It’s complementary to visit the gallery and while you’re there you can enjoy lunch in one of the restaurants or head to their on-site bakery, which is also outstanding, offering a bit more complex, desserts and sweets."

"My family and I stayed at Sunset Town for two nights and had a fantastic experience! The accommodations were well-equipped with a microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, and iron, which was very convenient. Since we were a large group, they arranged connecting rooms for us, making access incredibly easy. The location is excellent, with motorcycle rentals nearby, so getting around was hassle-free. We booked a sea-view room and could even enjoy splendid fireworks from the balcony at night – the views were beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was attentive, and it offered great value for money. It's highly recommended for families or friends traveling to Phu Quoc!"

"The transportation was good and the balcony was romantic. The reception was friendly, but the hot water didn't come out well. (Lukewarm) The bed was very hard, which was a downside, but for this price and accessibility, it's not bad. And the room and bathroom were spacious, slightly away from the main road, so it was quiet and there was no smoke smell, which was nice."

Seriously, 10/10 for the vibe. • The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, which made check-in and small requests feel pleasant. • The entire place has huge potential, especially if you’re into photography – aesthetic corners everywhere! ⸻ ❌ The Not-So-Great: • Sadly, some facilities were poorly maintained – especially the pool area. It really needs attention if they want guests to enjoy it fully. • Cleanliness was almost okay, but not quite up to expectation. • The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, and the floor kept getting flooded due to a blocked drain. Quite uncomfortable. • The water kettle didn’t work, which was disappointing when I just wanted a warm drink after a long day. ⸻ 📝 Final Thoughts: This place has great potential, but it really needs serious upgrades to match the expectations of travellers. After a tiring day out, guests want comfort, convenience, and smooth facilities — not small frustrations. If improvements are made (especially in maintenance and cleanliness), I would definitely consider coming back. There’s something special about this place… just hoping it can truly shine like it deserves to."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Wonderful Stay at Radisson Blu Phu Quoc – Simply Perfect! From the very first moment, we were truly overwhelmed by the warmth and friendliness of the entire team. We especially want to mention Alex at the reception – she was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind. She took plenty of time to answer all our questions and made sure all our requests were taken care of. Her positive energy and excellent English really made our stay special. During our stay, we had a small issue with the room service at first – we tried ordering through the app, then the phone didn’t work, and somehow we ended up ordering twice. But again, the service was outstanding: Robert, the manager, personally took care of the situation, showed us how to use the app properly, and made sure the phone issue was fixed right away. It was handled quickly, professionally, and with a big smile – truly impressive! We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Radisson Blu, and it honestly felt like a dream come true. The entire resort is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and everything runs so smoothly. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a huge selection, and the beach is kept very clean with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. We also really appreciated the convenient shuttle services around the property. The Radisson Blu Phu Quoc combines luxury with a warm, family-like atmosphere. You feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for at every moment. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone – whether for a special occasion or just to relax and recharge. "Ocean Bay Resort & Spa impresses with its excellent service, and stylish, comfortable rooms that create a luxurious escape. The staff are attentive and go out of their way to ensure a relaxing stay. However, the rooms are not soundproofed, and noise from neighboring rooms can be disruptive."

"The hotel is far away from everything, but if you have a motorbike it is okey. The room was nice, but the bathroom was smelly. The swimmingpool is very large and there is a free shuttle to the Sao Beach. If you pay by card, you need to pay 10% more which is ridicuous."
