A wonderful hotel, slightly off the beaten track but an excellent place to stay. The hotel itself is modern, clean and accommodating. The staff are brilliant, helpful, friendly staff and yet, professional. The breakfast buffet is awesome with a great variety and fantastic options. Rooms are spacious and comfortable as is the bed. A walk in shower is a real bonus. Recommended and it's a short cab ride to the CBD.

Great experience overall. The hotel is at a good location, right by Hương River. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful, from the front desk receptionists to the bellman, Mr. Loi. All of our requests and concerns were accommodated and addressed. The breakfast buffet offers various options. As vegetarians, we greatly appreciate the effort the staffs and chefs put in to accommodate us. We really enjoyed our stay.Highly recommended.

Staff of G-Hotel really saved our stay in Hue as we had a very bad experience in the dirtiest place ever been (Poetic Hotel). When we walked in in the morning and explained our situation, 1 room was immediately available for us, so we could leave Poetic directly. 2 hours later 2 more rooms were clean and available. Before accepting the rooms, we were invited to check the rooms. Great service, keep on working this way. In the morning the neighbourhoods dogs might bark early in the morning. That is the only point I can make, but the dogs are not the hotels fault. When visiting Hue again, I will definitely return to G-Hotel. We'll recommended!

Amazing stay at Vinpearl Hue. The staff was amazing ( all the front desk employee , the concierge was really helpful since we wanted to have some info for the imperial city. Pool attendants both amazing and really attentionned to small details). Vinpearl was one of our highlights of our trip ! Room was really clean and the view was incredible . Nice sky bar. Truly a 5 stars hôtel with the small attentions they give you!

Lovely hotel! It was the perfect stay. We loved the room it had a beautiful view of the city and all the amenities like the gym! I also had a couple of spa services there and was very pleased with the massages. We were also close by to many attractions and good food.

This hotel is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The building itself is beautiful, the interior is stunning and the staff so helpful and friendly. Beautiful artwork on the walls, huge high ceilings with chandeliers, all furnished with beautiful taste. We were upgraded to a suite, which was wonderful. The whole experience from start to finish is first class. Literally a few minutes walk from the train station, the hotel is a minute's walk from river where you can walk through a park alongside the river to walk into town.

This hotel is really good value for money! Although it is not on the main street, the path to enter is very short, the floor tiles are very flat, and the environment is very clean, unlike many small Vietnamese alleys. After entering the door, the check-in was quick, the front desk was enthusiastic, neat and thoughtful! While waiting to be processed, we will provide free delicious juices and fruits, ask if you need to book a drop-off service, and deliver your luggage to your room first. After you finish eating, you will be sent to your room, and a particularly detailed and tidy map will be provided, suggesting your travel route according to your schedule, and telling all attractions the opening time. There is another fruit in the room! The room is not too big but it is enough, the decoration is very elegant and exquisite, and the sanitation level is no exaggeration to say that it is a five-star level, which is the best among so many hotels in Vietnam. The soundproofing of the room is very good. The room opposite to me is the SPA room. No noise was heard all day. The room we booked has no windows, all the windows are a shape, the problem is not big at night, and it is not expected during the day. The bathroom is very large and the cloakroom is also included. There is a bathtub and a shower. The water is not very good. If the faucet is closed, the water in the shower will be smaller and the water temperature will become unstable. In addition, we rented the hotel's car to the Hue Mausoleum, the road is not very far, but it is super expensive, because it is the New Year's Day, the travel agency is on holiday, so we can only book this two people and one car. The driver's service attitude is not bad. On the way back, he has always hinted that the Vietnamese people have no money. Both hands are lifted and the steering wheel is not held. New Year, and then everyone said that the New Year's Day is the fate of each other, although the hotel has received a very expensive fare, we still gave the driver a 50,000 rupiah tip.
