The beach was right outside the hotel. Massage and convenience stores were also nearby. That was good, but there were a lot of small ants in the room. There were few amenities.

My stay here was my 2nd time here,last time was for 1 week but I loved it so much I extended for 2 more weeks. The rooms are big the beds are great the rooms get cleaned every day perfectly. The owner is a lovely thia lady who will go out of here way to organize anything you want,the staff are friendly the hotel is right on the beach.There are daybeds out the front just for guests,it's a little bit of paradise,in my opinion Naiyang is the best beach in Phuket and so is this hotel.Do yourself a favour and book in you will absolutely have the best stay in Phuket, 1 week is not enough so book more.

Right on the beach, next to lovely beach restaurants, this is THE place to be ! 10 rooms, lounge chairs 10 meters from the water, simple, friendly and excellent value for money. Don't expect a large useless lobby and room service, but who needs it here ? This is our 5th visit and certainly not the last.

It was right on the beach. I could hear the sounds of the ocean. It was quiet, if you want night life not the place for you but if you are looking to relax, it is the best place.

Hotel ist gut gelegen, aber "Seaview" hat man nur vom vordersten Zimmer. Man ist gleich am Strand und hat alles was es braucht. Nichts aussergewöhnliches, aber es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

L’hotel è carino il giusto. Ben tenuto, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Il punto di forza è l’ ubicazione. Basta uscire e c’è tutto. Dalla spiaggia, ai negozi, ai ristoranti. Tutto a due passi. Non serve neanche avere un mezzo. Se uno sta lì, si può fare tutto andando a piedi
