1. The hotel is located in the heart of Rawai Beach, just a 10-minute walk to the Long Bridge Pier. 2. There's a 7-Eleven and fruit stalls right outside the entrance. Across the street, you'll find a row of excellent Western restaurants. 3. The hotel is clean and hygienic, with two small swimming pools, and a few cute cats often greet you at the entrance. 4. The breakfast is simple, but it provides plenty of nutrition and vegetables. The coffee is freshly brewed and delicious, and the omelets are highly recommended!

Terrible hygiene! The facilities in the room were comparable to a domestic guesthouse – the sealant in the bathroom was covered in mold, and the towels were so black I didn't dare use them. I immediately went down to 7-11 to buy two new ones. Breakfast was also very disappointing. When I went around 9 AM, many dishes were already gone, and most of what was left was fried food. I had seen reviews mentioning wontons and ordered some, but I almost threw up after one bite. I don't know how long those wontons had been frozen before being served from the freezer. The only edible thing was the white toast! I wasn't looking for anything luxurious or gourmet, just clean, fresh food. But seeing the messy state of the restaurant, you can tell the quality and management of their food. This hotel has no redeeming qualities except for its proximity to Rawai Beach. I originally booked for three nights and tried to cancel the remaining two through Trip.com on the day of check-in, but the hotel refused, stating they wouldn't be able to sell the room if I canceled. Filthy, absolutely disgusting! Both stank and were dirty! We booked two rooms, and each one smelled worse than the last! The bedding was incredibly dirty, and there were all sorts of unidentified stains in the room!! The drain had no cover, so you could see the pipes directly. Every towel we picked up looked like this... The room smell was nauseating every single second, it gave me a headache, and I finally had to sleep with a nasal inhaler right under my nose!! Because we were so tired from visiting Similan, we checked in very late and didn't want to go through the hassle. We booked for two nights, planning to stay one and check out of the other, but the hotel wouldn't allow it, and Trip.com couldn't do anything about it, which is ridiculous. One of the rooms couldn't even be deadbolted!! We paid almost 2,000 for two nights, which was completely not worth the price. The hygiene standards were like those of a cheap guesthouse in China, possibly even worse. Avoid this place, everyone, seriously, any other hotel would be better than this one.

Clean room with smart TV. Balcony with pool and garden view. Friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient, you have everything you need very close: 7 eleven, exchange, restaurants, fruit stand. The breakfast was good. A lot of options. We receive 2 bottles of water every day. Only 1 pool working, probably because is the start of the season and there were a lot of empty accomodations.

The room was very clean. Everyone was very helpful. It wasn’t really close to anything, but a few restaurants no beach accessible. Unless you wanted to go swim with a bunch of boats. Laundry was very easy. It was right by the front desk. The pool was kept very clean a pretty nice relaxing area. I loved my balcony. I was on it all the time. I was in the older building. The newer building seemed a little nicer.  I would stay again.
