We stayed at the hotel for a month. The first impression was normal. At first, we booked the hotel for two days. We liked everything the first few days. We decided to stay for the entire vacation. During this time, we had the opportunity to see all the pros and cons. Cons: the staff is partly friendly, the towels were changed every day, but they were gray and torn, the floor was always stained after cleaning, there was no talk of wiping off the dust, the balcony was never washed. There was such a layer of dust under the beds, as if they had not cleaned it since the hotel opened. The water in the sink did not drain, we asked to resolve this issue. The pool area was always dirty, the pool itself is nice, lots of greenery. The umbrellas that were given out were broken. Once at 1 a.m. the power went out in the room, at the reception they told us to wait for the engineer until 8 a.m. The air conditioner does not work, the phone cannot be charged. In the morning the power came on, but this repeated several times during the week, both day and night. In the end, we had to go and turn on the machine ourselves. When extending the reservation, breakfast was cancelled for unknown reasons. Pros: The hotel location is good. Coron Beach is a 7-minute walk away. Kata Beach is a 20-minute walk away. There is a 7/11, cafe, fruit and laundry nearby. The view from the room was great, not counting the water tower. But then we got used to it and even liked it. 

In my opinion - terrible, apparently luck was not on our side. We booked two beds, they gave us one, but they honestly said that we could change the next day, for the sake of another night they didn’t bother. The toilet didn’t really work, it was very unpleasant to find out that it didn’t flush well in the middle of the night, it filled with water and then slowly drained it for an hour, it all floated there, brrrr. The cleaners somehow cope with it, but it was enough for 5 minutes. And the restaurant killed me, they gave me a menu, we chose and added 30-40 baht to all the prices, we took 3 drinks and paid 110 baht more in total, supposedly the prices on the menu are not correct, that is, we had to pay 350, but we did almost 30% more. And at night, of course, mustachioed and red-haired friends came running to us for food, they didn’t surprise us, but they might scare someone) Maybe if it weren’t for the toilet and the attitude in the restaurant, then nothing would have happened. Still, only 2 nights and the price is scanty, but the aftertaste remains. The girls at the reception are nice, the rooms are quite ordinary, nothing was falling apart, the cleaning was also done well.

Excellent hotel! Probably one of the most budget ones on Karon. The beach is a 10 minute walk, 7 eleven is right next to the hotel. The rooms are cleaned every day, everything is clean and tidy if you don’t dig too hard. There is also a small but pleasant swimming pool. We will definitely come back here again!
