1st day we upgrade with additional 500 THB checked in room 203 , during midnight the air conditioning very noisy untill we can't sleep and need to switch off the air cond 2nd day we change to room 205 , the front office staff mention will make sure we get a nice room with good air conditioning . Finally during night time the water was dripping from the air conditioning . They send technician to repair and make it very noisy and dusty , i stop them to repair and another day with no air conditioning . No respond and no appologize from the hotel manager during my checkout . 第一天，我们加了500泰铢升级到203房间。半夜空调噪音很大，吵得我们睡不着觉，只好关掉空调。 第二天，我们换到了205房间。前台工作人员承诺会确保我们入住一间空调好的舒适房间。结果，晚上空调又开始漏水。他们派了技术人员来维修，结果空调噪音很大，而且灰尘也很多。我阻止了他们继续维修，结果又过了一天，空调还是没法用。 退房时，酒店经理既没有回应，也没有道歉。

Hotel is very freshly renovated and well designed. You can reallly feel like in a White Lotus hotel. Unfortunately there are two weak factors which is location (shuttle bus available) which is far from the beach and breakfast. Breakfast is very poor - only few types of fruit and lack of coffee machine. A decent coffee is not available.
