Aircon is not working properly. TV is old. There’s molds on the bathroom floor tiles and I can’t take a shower without my slippers on. Overall it’s not comfy place to stay at.

Very difficult to find the hotel.And I had strong feeling of evil spirit inside the room

Very minimalistic. Does the job for one or two nights. Slight smell in the building but nothing too bad. Great location short walk away from old town.

The room is quite gloomy, spots on the walls. Not nice to stay there for long. Blanket doesn’t look fresh however I guess that it’s washed etc. fan is quite strong, no a/c. Very uncomfortable sockets that can’t hold a plug in without help. Saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Window view is for the corridor. When the fan is on, curtains are blown and it’s not comfortable to change or go in the towel in the room. Staff asked me if that’s okay when I saw a room with this gloomy vibe and this window, I was like “not okay, but do I have a choice?” — “no. So is it okay?”. Anyway, women at the counter are friendly and can’t do anything about it. But yep, quite comfortable location to see the centre of Phuket.

Staff were very welcoming and kind. They sorted my WiFi issue quickly through messenger on trip.com. The WiFi is better than most places. The room is not nice and the bed is very hard but for location and price it is perfect for budget travellers. 10 minutes walk from the main attractions in the town.

Room smelled and the water quality was really bad. Rusty water that smelled.

Good location, clean room and bedding. I you aren't too fussy and are ready to stay in a very simple room it's a good budget friendly option. We had the room with a fan and windows and the heat and humidity didn't bother much. *Be ready to be a bit exposed as windows face the corridor where other guests pass by

There are two reason I won't come back to this location. One is the yellow tinge in the water. It's the color of weak urine, but has no smell. Probably due to rusty pipes in the building. You can see it in the toilet bowl, and in the sink if you fill it up with water. They need to fix that. Not the funnest to shower in, let alone brush your teeth with. The other reason is the bed mattress, though it looks like a full-height mattress, it only has about 3 inches of foam on top. After about an hour of laying on it I felt my tailbone starting to get sore. I actually used the second pillow to laid it lengthways under my pelvis and lower back to buffer the sore points. Other cons, dirty/dusty in some spots, some cobwebs higher-up in the wall corners Quite a number of those small flies are found around the room. Here are the good points... No musty smell Spacious room with high ceiling Clean sheets, pillow cases and towels I'm fine with the "constructionist" look Probably one of the cheapest rates in Phuket town for a private room Front desk service was professional.
