Really disappointed to this hotel, 5 star hotel, but everything worth 1 star. 1. Almost every basic service need to be charged 2. There are lots of insects (including flying ants and huge gecko) in the room, as a result, my balcony bathtub became useless, as a 5-star hotel, I think they should do some measurements to eliminate this situation 3. It’s really not convenient for residents nearby, you can not just go to 7-11 by walking, there is only one restaurant nearby and taste not good, you may spend US$5 to call taxi to the restaurant 4. The facilities are under bad condition, they don’t maintain good maintenance

The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and the hotel food offers great value for money. Breakfast is extensive, and all the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming! I'll definitely stay here again next time! A special thank you to Tidtew, who genuinely went above and beyond to serve us! I hope we get the chance to meet again!

Before checking in, I saw a lot of negative reviews, but after staying, I have to give it a full five-star rating and highly recommend it. Let me start with the downsides: there are basically no amenities within walking distance, so you have to take a taxi to go anywhere. Taxis in Phuket are really expensive; the hotel is 3 kilometers from Patong center, and a tuk-tuk costs 100 RMB. Now for the good points: first, the service absolutely deserves praise. We arrived at the hotel around 1 PM to check in, but the room wasn't ready until 2 PM. The hotel immediately offered each of us a complimentary drink from the restaurant as compensation. We actually checked in around 2:30 PM. After checking out, we left a small piece of luggage at the hotel. After contacting the front desk, they quickly located it for us, and they were very cooperative when we arranged for a Grab runner to pick it up. During our stay, the hotel did have a scheduled shuttle service (though not many runs) for 100 THB per person. I didn't pay close attention and thought it was going to Patong. After about 10 minutes on the road, I realized we were going in the wrong direction. When I asked the driver, I found out it was going to Kamala. The driver turned around and took us back to the hotel, and the hotel immediately refunded the fare. We booked two ocean-view king suites. The rooms were very spacious. When we booked, we specified two adults and one child for each room, and the hotel had already set up the extra beds without any additional charge. The balcony has a jacuzzi, which was well-maintained, fully functional, and very clean. The hotel has a private rocky beach. We snorkeled twice, and there were many fish, but the hotel doesn't provide life jackets, probably to discourage snorkeling due to safety risks. The breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular, but it wasn't crowded, so it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is connected to the popular 'The Reef' restaurant, which is very photogenic.

Overall the room was comfortable and spacious. Service was generally ok with turndowns being in the later part of the afternoon. Views were great although getting around to popular areas like Kamala and Patong did require travelling a car.

The rooms facing the road are a bit noisy. The rooms with a view are much better. Road-facing rooms aren't worth the price. The cleanliness is acceptable, but the disposable slippers are slippery when wet. The quality of the disposable amenities doesn't match a hotel of this caliber; they're really poor.

A small but beautiful hotel! The infinity pool is absolutely stunning, and all the staff are incredibly warm and attentive. It's not far from Patong Beach, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle while still being very convenient. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied.

The service was friendly and very helpful for every request. The beds were comfortable and the food (we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel) was very decent. The pool area was dreamy with a great view. Sadly some things made the stay a bit less comfortable: the bathrooms had a sewer smell that wouldn’t go away. The air conditioning temperature in the room was extremely low and didn’t change when we tried to bring it up, as if it was stuck, so at night we were freezing.

booked for 3 pax, request for quiet facing room. room given was spacious and clean with a fantastic view the moment we open the room door, but a corner unit with the traffic just by the side running 24 hrs. buffet breakfast was adequate. Hotel service staff were attentive, reported Aircon and room refrigerator issues, were attended and fixed. The main concern is the hotel is located at the main road side of Phuket West Coast North- South traffic corridor, room given by main road side, traffic noise pollution throughout day and night of stay, never had a good rest, came back to SG fell sick as did not get to rest on both nights. Will never book this hotel again

The room was clean, the service met expectations, and the view was exceptional. However, the lobby felt somewhat uninspiring, and the facilities could offer more variety for the price paid. I would consider returning only if there were more competitive pricing or promotional offers available.
